[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Outgoing SMS barred for the past one year

I'm bearing number [protected]. I've given this number for many communicating purposes and I've got no Outgoing SMS facility for the past one year. I've lodged a complaint through customer care, but in vain. Though there are lot many companies offering me a new sim, I'm sticking to this.Please solve this problem at an early date. Else, I may have to escalate this issue to much higher levels or I remove the connections of Reliance permanently.

last one year my RIM mobile no 9391912869 to not sending the out going SMS. several times i am complaint to the customer care. my e mail id [email protected], please rectify the problem. thanking you.
