[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Poor Internet Experience | |||
I am a postpaid customer and i have paid Rs.20750 in advance to company for two years. From the very beginning i was facing a poor internet connection and they asked some time to fix it. Now its been eight months and the results are even worse. More than eighteen hours the network fails to even browse and speed falls to 1/2 Kbps. If the company is not able to keep promises and deliver a good data transfer speed. Then I would like a refund and would like to switch to another operator. *Complained them several times, but no results. *Poor speed than 2G *Company is providing fake assurance * Was this information helpful? | |||
