[Resolved]  Reliance Gsm — Recharge not credited

I had recharged my phone for Rs. 135 on date 22.11.15 at around 9.30pm. at the dealer's place the recharge is showing success but my account is not credited with the same. Now the dealer is not ready to recharge my phone as he says amount requested has been debited from his account. [protected] is the transaction if which the dealer has given stating that from his end the recharge was done successfully. Kindly look into the matter as reply as soon as possible. Below given is the dealer name Kartiki Mobile.
