[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Recharge not done but money deducted | |
My mobile no is [protected]. I had recharge my no. With Rs. 89/- on dt 5.12.2015 for r2r unlimited calling offer, but a msg appear "your recharge is not processed" & recharge offer does not work, but balance from my account is deducted. I had called reliance complaint no. Several times & try to talk with d customercare executive. Tge ph is ringing but nobody answered it. What kind of harrassment is this.
