[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Talk time reduction

My number is [protected] i bought this new reliance gsm sim with default 60 rupees talktime then i used data pack 3gb...for rupees 149 At last of month i had 0.rupees of talktime. And i also have remaining of 200mb of data balance then., how did they can take my 60 rupees talktime with no reason help me... . Customer service in tamil nadu is too worse it took 8 min to respond a call from reliance... I want my talktime back pls help
