I write this because of i am too disappointing with reliance gsm service & their customer care executive. I appeal to all other who read this don't use reliance gsm service or don't recommended to other.
My no. [protected] is barred by reliance without my complaint or information, without reason on july 28, 2017. I used this no. Since 2006. 11 years going to passed, i am regular customer of reliance gsm. They create many problem, i trying many where to resolved this barred issue, but no reliance customer care resolved. Everybody passed this matter one to another person or placed. Reliance executive passed to reliance store & reliance store passed me to customer care.
This incident are going to passed 6 days. [protected] is my personal, professional everything no. My every details this no. Provided like banking, professional etc. When i am trying customer care 198 or [protected] my call cant connect to reliance executive but when try another reliance no. Call connect to reliance executive, i explained them matter but they told me call my no. [protected] then they unbarred. I explained many times my no. Cant connect reliance customer. Reliance completely mentally harassed me. My no. Have only incoming facility available, no outgoing, messaging or net facility. Facing many problem with this incident.
So i request all user of reliance or other dont use reliance gsm service also not recommended to other.
I complaint reliance customer care to my balance deduction on 28 july, 2017 morning 10am around, they cant write complaint. So argue with senior executive mr. Kamal. But this avg they barred my no. That was too worst, where customer not to fight for their right.
