[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — WhatsApp 16 Rupees plan Activation Fraud! | |||
I'm Sriram Subramanian a resident of Dombivli. Today, I came across the WhatsApp plan from Reliance from their website. I decided to activate this plan. So, I sent a message accordingly and everything was done within 10 minutes. When I'm connecting using the Data connection, every single time there is a deduction of 10 paisa. This happens every single time when I'm switching off my data connection and switching back on to use WhatsApp. Without wasting a single minute, I called up their Customer care and they told me downloading of stuff and first time connection charges are 10 paisa. Which means that whenever I'm connecting and using WhatsApp there will be a deduction, which is not mentioned on their website. This is unfair to all the customers and Reliance is cheating customers by this method. If it was mentioned on their website, I would not have made the mistake of wasting my 16 rupees. Now, I demand a refund of my 16 rupees. I'm cheated by Reliance and now I'm going to be porting to some other network who does not offer fake promises like this one.
