[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — wrong deduction of caller tune even after deactivating | |||
reliance is continously stealing my balance from last 3 months. Even after repetitive complaints, today my 9 bugs have been deducted for 10 day caller tune. Am i a fool to pay for 3rd class reliance jingle tune even after giving deactivation requests? Someone look into this matter and have my balance credited back for this month as well as last month. Even after a year, this issue has not been solved, every month, my balance of Rs.30/- is getting deducted, last deduction is on 19-september 2015 for caller tune service.
Cant you people understand that I dont want caller tune service from last 1 year.
