Dear sir I have taken property (2bhk flat) at alandi road pune, property name is tanish orchid And total property velue is 39.25lacks, and i have paid 8 lacks to the builder from my savings for above money i have taken home loan from reliance home finance, since 2.5 years back (Loan account no. Rhahpun[protected] lacks, At the time they were paid to builder 13.54 lacks and they said remaining amount they will pay after completing construction, building was completed 01/09/2018 and builder was given demand letter to reliance for remaining amount now they refusing to pay remaining amount, Sir last six month iam suffering from this matter now builder is telling if you will not pay remaining amount he will cancel my property, Sir please support me in this matter reliance person is not listing my issue. Property name ;- tanish orchid Property add ;- f2 flat no.601, near charoli phata, alandi road pune 412114. Bank name ;- reliance home finance Loan account no.
