Reliance Home Finance — Agreement states floating rate of interest and emi terms 180 month

Address:Thane, Maharashtra, 400601

Have taken home loan in sept 2010 at an interest rate of 9.10%.
.In oct'10 there was a rate revision in oct'10
Instead of revising emi amount, tenure was increased by 13 months. That is from 179 to 192 months.
Another revision in february 11 again had change in emi tenure from 192 to 202 months.
Subsequent revision of rate in april '11, aug'11 ans sept'11 showed an revison in the emi amount with change in emi tenure by a month

From jan '12 - march 2015 the interest rate reflected in tac certificate is 12.60%.. The emi amount paid was inr 19764/-

For the fy april 2015 - march 2016 though the emi paid is 19764/- the
Interest rate in the income tax certificate is shown as 12.35%,

We are stil paying an emi of 12764/ and the tenure increasde to 217 months and subsequently changed to 207 months.

We have written to the company in may 2016 for an explanation for change in the repayment tenure.
We did receive a reply stating the revision in rate from from time to time but not a word for the change in tenure.. Further they offered to reduce the interest rate from 12.60% to 10.75%. For which we have not responded.

Now in july'16 have sent an email on following points.
1. Disputing the change in repayment tenure since agreement states repayment tenure 180 months.
2. The source or documents to show the revison in plr rate and therefore revision in rates.

3. Was there no change in plr rate from jan 2012 to august 2016. Ans the
Interest rate was constant at 12.60%. Since the emi was at 19784/- throughout.

4. To give us a repayment schedule reflecting the rate of interest, principal amount, interest amount the emi amount paid right from 2010 till date.
We have bwn provided with a account statement reflecting the loan amount and the emi paid so far without giving the interest and principal amount so far.

As we feel the com[any has flouted the the terms of agreement and has collected amount in excess of waht was actually due to them

Since there is no response from the company except for reverting shortly, have decided to refer to the consumer forum and get it resolved.

Kindly advise recourse to this issue.
