Reliance Home Finance — increase loan interest

Myself sharmistha adhikari chatterjee, i have taken home loan of rs.13 lakhs 56 thousand from reliance home finance bank a 01/12/2015 and rate of interest 9.7%.
I applied for reducing the interest of the loan, but after a few months (Its processing fees around 5000/- thousand), the interest was increased again. Now it is given 10.15%.
No other any bank loan has increase ie: government and also private (8.5% to 9.00%). Only reliance home finance bank increase of the loan day by day. Its very bad financial institusion.
They are trying demorlised customer.

1.15/08/2017 increase loan interest 9.00%
2.15/05/2018 increase loan interest 9.20%
3.15/07/2018 increase loan interest 9.40%
4.15/09/2018 increase loan interest 9.60%
5.15/11/2018 increase loan interest 9.90%
6.01/02/2019 increase loan interest 10.15%
