Reliance Home Finance — loan sanction against application id 922545 but disbursement pending

Dear sir,

Refer above subject my loan against application id 922545 was sanctioned on dated[protected] and its almost 20 days spent and still the disbursement is pending. Its not a good customer service habit from your side.

Please advice when i will get disbursement. If it more delayed than your companies branding and image will be spoiled socially.

Please reply on urgent basis.

Dear sir
as of today now all bank are giving low ROI 8.35% for home loan and reliance home finance is giving 9.99% . last month it was 9.74 and they increasing why????
they are make fool of customer and poor service of Delhi branch.nobody giving response.
