Reliance — I had recharge of rs 198 internet pack but not able to use internet

I had recharge of rs 198 internet pack but not able to use internet when i try to call in customer but not getting proper response so please check in 198 only 28 days validity i had already lost my 4 days, i checked my net pack is activated and data is 1024 mb so plz check and resolved my problem ASAP
