Reliance Independent Dth Tv — delayed installation of reliance independent dth connection

My name is bharat chudasama. I’m from ahmedabad. I have subscribed reliance independent dth connection on 21 november 2018 in 1999 rs. With 1 year channel free pack as initial offer from reliance. As per company norms and advertisement it will be installed within 15 working days. It is almost near two months still i didn’t get any installation or company confirmation regarding the same.

Whenever i approach to customer care they simply reply it will be done within 7 days since last calls. When talked to local distributor they reply me we are not responsible for any of online subscription. They ask me to cancel my order and place new order with them in rs.[protected] and charging 1000 rs. Extra.

I want my connection asap or want my money back.

Can you please help me out for the same.
