Reliance India Mobile — CDMA reliance no. [protected] money balance so much deducted

Dear sir/madam, my self Anita minz, I have CDMA reliance no [protected].( kolkata circle) I'm recharge Rs.55 at 03/07/2014, it was finish 04/07/2014 while I'm not talk more time so i am try to contact customer care to why my mobile money balance much deducted, but it was very very tough task to connect customer care ultimately I'm fail to connect it. after that I was visited near reliance web world and ask him my mobile money balance so much deducted so what is fault in this number? they did not tale any thing but they suggest i[censored] will recharge special tariff then call rate down so i'm recharge special tariff Rs.28 at 04/07/2014 after that no any changes happen. when i'm local call it will deduct 1Rs. per minute, it is too expensive for me, it is unfair with me. so please check my mobile no. and find what is fault. please check it and solve as soon as possible. thanking you!
