[Resolved] Reliance India Mobile — Deduction of balance and activation o[censored]nwanted VAS | |||
I am a user of Reliance SIM. I am very disappointed by the service of Reliance. They deduct my balance and activated some unwanted Value Added Services, due to which I have to call the customer care to refund the said balance. They refunded the balance and promise that this type of activity will not happen in future. But same thing will happen after few days and deduct my balance. I have so many works except call to customer care. So, it harass me badly, also I have to wait for at least half and hour to contact the customer care personnel. The services are such as Tech Zone etc. etc. There are so many old age people in our society who use mobile phones, and they only know to receive and dial calls. They are not aware about these deduction policies of companies, then think daily how a huge amount is deducted from the customers. We have deep faith on Indian Consumer Forum, you are requested to control these company and take necessary action against them. They are expert to deduct customer's balance in many ways, such as unwanted VAS, Internet use etc. etc. without any rules and regulations, but unable to improve the mobile network.
