Reliance India Mobile — Netconnect Recharge issue and Customer Service Complaint | |||
Hello SirMadam, I had an issue today about a recharge which was done today morning, after which was using the Internet for 6hrs after usage, I called up the customer care, info about the issue, only response I received was call after 24hrs. I feel insulted as the service which was promised was denied and both the customer service and the supversior had slated me on my face. Even to the extent the person who i spoke felt to be the same person as the voice and behaviour was same. Felt a manipulation was done, and no customer service provided even when i mentioned the recharge was done today 6hr before by 01:07 am. I even mentioned the recharge was made from the r.com site and have a a receipt for the same. I was denied my rights and forced to sub missing to the way of work.
