[Resolved]  Reliance India Mobile — sim port with entering wrong information

I give my id with name Pratik Kumar s/o Prakash Chand, but they have a spelling mistake when issue me the sim. I want to reissue my sim because the sim was lost. But they not issue me the sim and say to give charge about 200 rupies. My mob no is [protected]. I give every where this no.
