I had purchased a sony 55 led tv on 03/07/2016 at a price of rs.191695/- which includes extended warranty cost rs.28400/- for 3 years provided by their in house reliance resq.
The unit stopped working in september 2017. It was taken for servicing on 03/10/2017 by the relianceresq personal. From then till date i. E. After almost 5 months i am still to receive my unit.
I had been calling their service representatives regularly but they would hardly respond to my call and by chance when i get connected i always get a reply that they have taken up the matter with their head office and are waiting for their approval. Now i fear that how many more months i have to wait? Or will i ever get my tv set back. The details of persons contacted over phone are as follows;
