I have purchased reliance queen bed and a display unit on 3rd July'14. Even after repeated reminders and pleadings the items are undelivered as on 9th Aug, one month and on week past. The store in charges in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, keeps giving various dates every time I call, and the person who spoke is never available for the second time. Now the tactics of Reliance is clear, they use public money to buy / import items and then supply to customers. Its too painful to know, we are being taken for a ride everyday. The store cashier refuses to refund for non delivering and then cites that the company is closing business. People please be aware, reliance is cheating public. The authorities should ban such companies. The customer care numbers provided[protected],[protected],[protected] on bill are never answered, but lead to voice mail.

    On 26th July 14. i have had a purchase from Reliance Retail Payyanur Kannur Kerala. for a cost of Rs 6366/-, the cashier had swiped my visa card in one machine and its been accepted my payment but no receipt came out. and he swiped my card again in another machine saying that the first swipe was not accepted. its been done wih an argument with customer. the result was a double payment from my visa card ie Rs 6366 + Rs 6366. i had contacted Mr.Jithesh, the manager at site, but no good response to solve my problem. i have continuously contacted with same person until today, but my amount has not reversed yet to my bank account. As i am a regular customer of Reliance Retail, this kind of treatment is painful and loss of time.. kindly advise what is further process to solve my problem. Abdul Hakeem [protected] / [protected]

      Reliance Digital - Park Mansion, 57A Park Street, Kolkata - 700016 I had purchased a BlackBerry 9720 mobile telephone on 13.07.2014. from Reliance Retail Ltd., Park Mansion, 57A Park Street, Kolkata - 700016. However the next day on Monday 14.07.2014. When I tried to use the mobile I found that it was not working. So the next day on Tuesday 15.07.2014. I had taken the set back to the Reliance Digital Store at Park Street. They had kept the handset promising to check and correct the problem. However the next day on Wednesday 16.07.2014. They have returned the handset saying that they were unable to do anything as it was a handset problem and that I should take the same to the BlackBerry service centre. Thereafter I had taken the handset to the BlackBerry service centre at 222, A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata on Friday 18.07.2014. My Token Number was A13 dated 18.07.2014. However they have also refused to rectify my handset and informed me that the problem was from the shop (Reliance Digital Ltd.). So till now I have not been able to use the handset at all. Copy of my Purchase Invoice is attached. Now Blackberry has informed me that the SIM tray pins have been damaged by me, so they cannot give me a replacement under the warranty scheme. They are of the impression that I have deliberately damaged the SIM tray pin. I have argued with them that I have no knowledge of SIM tray pins but they refuse to help me.       Dear Sir,

      Yesterday on 24 July 2014 there was a telephone call from Reliance Digital on Park Street Kolkata. The shop which sold me the mobile phone.

      They asked me to come to the shop and they said they would help solve my problem.

      Today on 25 July 2014, I have gone to the shop at 2:30 PM. I met the shop manager Mr. Kamalesh Kumar. He made me wait for more than 90 minutes in the shop without addressing my problem.

      After that I saw he was roaming around in the shop but he refused to address my problem and kept asking me to wait. Of course I informed him and left the shop because I felt he was unnecessarily harassing me.I am a senior citizen of this country aged 64 and this was no way to treat an unhappy customer.

      I request you to please look into this matter,

          sir, I purcahsed a window hitachi ac from relaince retail store lucknow(halwasia court, 24 mg marg hazratganj lucknow) on thursday 12/6/14.They assured me ac will be delivered on friday and installed on saturday but despite my repeated phone calls it was delivered on saturday and not installed till sunday.             Dear Reliance tram I purchased a RO from your retail shop at Bhiwadi Distt Alwar on Diwali 2013 since that Ro is not running in good condition you may understand my concern while see the mail which was send to Hindustan Lever. Deal Hindustan Lever/Reliance I am very regret to write a mail regarding to your Service & product purchased from your Company as well as from Reliance Retail. I know that Hindutan Lever is a reputed organization and Manufacture & provide a good support for the Products. But unfortunately I forget that Hindustan Lever is leading in Cosmetics Item means for Ladies Products.This is not a competent in products which require advance technology. Management of Hindustan lever, you Must know that you are not the Employee of the Government of India, you are employee of a reputed organization you could not remain stable until you do not provide the good services & good products, you don’t forget that you have not a monopoly in this product so many competitors are available in the open market so you cannot stay in the market long. You must also Know that you can’t side away after selling your manufactured defect products and you must know that Government of India have enacted many law against the defected products & services. Management of Hindustan Lever, You must sham while seeing the so may complains which were registered in your Costumer care, even you Customer care did not provided the Services as they committed, your mechanic was used to come after four to five days, I hardly used your products not more than three month from the date of purchased.               purchased a dining table and 4 chairs from reliance retail d victoria mall shimpoli borivali west sale order no : [protected] date of purchase 03.06.2014 was assured of delivery of the same on 07.06.2014. but till 7.00pm nobody bothers to contact. gave a call to mobile no [protected] which was switched off.then gave a call to customer care[protected].they give me a tel no belonging to reliance fresh.then reliance fresh fellow gives me another number.the person there takes the details and says will get back in 10 minutes.god alone knows which 10 minutes that person referred to.after an hour or so i give a call then i get a reply that the driver of the vehicle is not responding to the call??????in which way am i considered with this??? today it is 9th and the time is 8.oopm still nobody has bothered to contact nor have i received the delivery of goods purchased. this is the training given by your mighty indusrty to your employees.or are you people so indifferent that there is no check on delivery of goods...

                I have purchased a tv model samsung-led-32f5500 from reliance digital, phoenix market city on 15.01.2014. Where vendor promised me for a first free installation, but as he was delaying for the same and I went out of station so my tv's first installation was not done and when I came back I found installation was pretty easy and as vendor was delaying so I intalled it my self by fixing the table mount set. Later 5 months when I need wall mounting I requested the vendor as installation is pending, thus if they can install it now. Vendor says now its payable.as your tv is old but when I checked with samsung, I got to know within six months I can get my tv installed for free. Hereby I would like to get my tv installed for free as its a first installation from the vendor.

                    My Reliance one card no [protected]- V.C.Suseel Kumar-Mob No.[protected] As per SMS from reliance one I approached Reliance Fresh Shop at Jawahar Nagar, Kadavanthra, Kochi-682019, four or five times in last one month. But they say that my card points cannot be redeemed due to defect in the card. There are scraches in the card and so unable to redeem. Every time they say ; come next time -next time-next time, and that "next time" never comes. Actually no staff member including the supervisor does not want to help the customer, just postponing the work what they are expected to do. Pl suggest some solution.                         The reliance store in sector 38 chandigarh does not have a cooler for beverages like cold coffee, etc.?
                        They keep it at room temperature. It is even worse than a local karyana shop.

                        Plus the product range is very limited at this store. You hardly get anything you need in there. Groceries are of poor quality and the local hawker has better fruits and vegetables than what reliance sells.

                        Poor ambience and poor product variety. So looking forward to foreign players coming into India and kicking these shoddy desi chains out of business.

                          i have given a police complaint against one SEENIVASAN doing LPO at ur retail super store at Madurai, Tamilnadu.
                          he unnecessarily compel me infront on other to come in to the store and inspect me.and ask me to go nothing else more. ... But i refuse to go and i replied that i will send lawyer notice against ur behaviour.. instead of sayning sorry he shouted at me with very bad annoying words in front of my family . and seevasan said, if i see u again i will not leave u alive... so it ended with a police complaint so immediate dismisal of those persons and elaborate enquiry should me done.

                            They have charged higher than mrp printed on packings
                            1. I purchased colin glass cleaner 500ml.Batch no.Ub 0150 mfd 02/14 code below bar code:[protected] mrp printed on it is rs.69/- and as per their invoice they have charged rs.112/-less discount rs.11.36= 100.64
                            2. I purchased parle butter 20-20 cookies mrp is rs.10/- batch no : am 11b p pkd:11/01/14 code under barcode is[protected] as per their invoice they have charged rs.58/-less discount rs.4.06=53.96
                            As per my knoeledge this whole billing is done as per barcode reader and they have deliberately fed higher price in their computer so with such malpractice they earn more and most of the customer are unaware and they are cheated
                            It is possible that many such over invoiced items are there at store and innocent customers are cheated
                            Pl punish them under consumer law

                              Dear Mr.Mukesh Ambani,

                              I would like apprise that I am your loyal customer since 2007 and today I got treated very badly in your Greater Noida Reliance Retail show room.I purchased items worth Rs.1398 at around 2.56pm.After billing I was stopped at security and told that I have taken one extra oil packet.My reply to the security person was I put the material what was billed in the trolly.But they took me to the backward of your store and treated me as if I am shoplifter despite of I clarified my point.I was threatened that I will be booked.I told them then lets call police and letter they agreed to patch up the case and allow me leave.

                              My only contention was when counter girl name Ms.Sakshi came to know that one oil packet which was not kept at counter for billing, She could have told me at that right moment but instead of that I was treated like a thief and harassed unnecessarily.

                              This is very sad affair and I want a written apology from your Store people and refrain from such harassment in future.

                              Awaiting response from your end and request you instruct your people not indulge in such activity.

                                In newspapers dt. 22-2-14, your ad for offers shows that offers are valid from 22-2-14 to 25-2-14. I visited the store at hasanpur village Patparganj, new delhi-92 on 24-2-14. I purchased goods woths rs.426.99 from the store as I am a regular customer with Reliance Card no.[protected]. Your ad shows "Amul Butter 500 gm price as Rs.162/- (MRP Rs. 172/-) valid from 22-2-14 to 25-2-14. But at the store the billing staff refuge for discount saying that offer was valid only from 22-2-14 to 23-2-14. Hence I had to left the said butter which was earlier entered in the bill & then it was cancelled.You are requested to look that whether your ad is fictitious or your staff willing refuse for offer.                                   I have bought a Reconnect microwave serial no RR [protected] from the Reliance Digital store at Ambience Mall .The store has closed down and all the numbers given for after sales service are not reachable.My product holds a two year warranty.                                       Dear Sir,

                                      Please note that I have visited the reliance digital mall address Reliancedigital Retail Ltd., Diamond City Mall, 2nd Floor, Shop No. 1, North Jessore Road, Nagerbazar, Kolkata 700055, West Bengal on 18th of dec13 first time in my life with my friends and purchased one Samsung Galaxy Grand Z mobile phone. During the demonstration one of your ladies representative explain me that I may also take resQ Care Plan as an extended warranty for my purchased product for just 1685.00 and along with this plan I will gate 10% discount coupons for another purchasing of any mobile phone and 15% discount for purchasing of any Tv, Refrigaretor etc.. and I have taken the plan. On 20th Dec2013 I have inspect the coupons and I found I have just a victimized by selling gimmick. Actually 10% discount on purchasing of resQ Care plan for any other product and 15% discount for renewal of resQ care plan.

                                      So I put an email stating the facts to "crm_kol.[protected]@zmail.ril.com" and "[protected]@ril.com" on 20.12.13 but till date I did not get any mail response from them. Today on 23.12.13 during sending them my issue through another mail I got a massage that the mail ids are invalid.

                                      Again refer to my purchase of the mobile phone Samsung Grand Z, I did not found "Samsung Grand Z" neither in the box nor in the phone but it presence only on the taxinvoice. I have asked to the Samsung Customer Support Center about the True fact about Samsung Grand Z mobile phone.

                                      I think may be Reliance Digital Store are doing wrong business to us just they are making us fool. Please advise if there is any way out.
