Dear Sir, I have change my connection to reliance postpaid. I got a call from Reliance callcenter and they suggest me a plan rental 349(1000 min local &std call free and ISD Pack activation and 300 local & National Sms ) with 0 Rental pla. Once my number get ported they activated plan 499 and now they saying that they cant able to activated ISD Pack you want to pay 1000rs For that. They didnt inform it before i said that i needed my commited pack. i need proper response from your side My mobile no: [protected] please kindly rectify my issue or else i wont pay my bill Was this information helpful? | |||||
