Internet is very very slow since 4 days which is impacting my work a lot. No actions taken even after contacting customer support several times. I am not getting the speed at all and not even able to open email. I tried the same CDMA dongle with my laptop and same situation. If there is any expected outage then why was it not informed to us prior ? so that we can may alternate arrangements to continue my work. Why should I pay you my complete monthly bill if I am not getting the promised service for more than four days (may be more depending on when they resolve my issue). I want this month bill should be waved off so that I can get alternate options with the same amount incase my problem takes more days to fix.
