A gold was purchased on Akshaya Thritiya on 9th May 2016 using SBI debit card for 31, 815 at Banashankari. As promised the cash back for the above purchase has not be credited to the account. The cash back was promised and advertised by reliance jewels. When inquired about the same at the time of billing the employees at the store said the refund would happen within 48 hours.
Reliance Jewels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    We have purchased diamond rings from reliance jewels of worth Rs.31000/-.The store commercial manager/ store manager are not accepting payment through Reliance one card, instead of this they wish the payment to be done through bank debit/ credit card.

    Please support, based on your advice I will top up the card with required amount, and understand they should give preference to accept Reliance one card.

      I bought a gold chain weigh 10gm, whe i enquired about it before reliance akshay tritya festival it cost 34000(app). And during your festival with 25% discount on making chages it cost 34000(same). This is not because of rising cost of gold (rate was app same ) it is because of companies cheating policy, they charge 18% making charges on product before the festival and 21% during the festival ... means increased the chages by 25% and the decreased it on the name of offer, what a business strategy country's proud company..

        I have purchased Jewelers of Rs -- 104954/- on dated 13/02/2016 with Invoice Number : -- 26604 at Reliance Jewels, Jayanagar, Bangalore, but I am very sorry to say that Point has been not added to my Reliance One Card. I have called to store executive who has helped with my purchase and he said that we can not do anything for this you need to visit Reliance showroom. Which completely make me unsatisfied and disappointed from Reliance Jewels.

        I have checked my point through reliance shop but this has been not been credited till now. At the time of purchase the assurance given to me that point will get added next day but not sure when next day will come. I am also not sure case has happened with me or happening with all Reliance Jewelers customer.

        I would like reliance management to look into client / Customer complain to get it resolve as earliest. I am attaching the copy of Invoice as proof of purchase.

              At the time of Dhanteras (09/11/15) there was scheme of Rs 2500 payback for every Rs 50000 payment by SBI debit card. I have bought Rs137000 worh of gold coin and paid 50000 each by 2 SBI debit cards .The company told me the 2500 will be back in each account within 90 days.Till now after company took again details of debit cards and bill of purchase they are unable to pay.

                We went to buy the ideal silver product today 05 feb 2016. your employee mr ashish kumar said he wanted the product inspite of the client ready to buy the product on immediate cash and the said employee refused to sell the product.
                there was no advance booking of this particular product.
                maximum ideal products were purchased by the store staff as the prices on them were reduced drastically where as the priority should have been given the priority.
                i am the client of your product since the day the store was opened and a regular customer.
                i am deeply hurt by the shabby treatment given to me.
                please address my complaint immediately otherwise i would approach the higher authorities.

                  Dear Sir/Mam Today I along with my wife and mother visited sector 17, Chandigarh store for the purchase of new Gold Bangles in exchange for the old ones we had purchased on 15/03/2013 from the same store. Bill no 5195/12-13/001857 We were dealt by Ms Tina, the wife selected the new bangles to be purchased and we agreed to pay the difference amount of Rs13000 approx . after the exchange&deduction of the labour charges.The old bangles were weighed by her and were of the same weight of Rs40.69gm as was mentioned in the bill, she asked us to wait to let her complete the formalities. Then after few minutes, to our shock, we were told that after the washing of the bangles(not in our presence) the weight had now reduced to 40gm(less by 0.69) and we had to pay more. When we argued that how the weight which had been checked just 10 minutes ago in my mother presence&Ms Tina's presence, then how now the weight has reduced so much, there was no satisfactory response. Also the store manager Ms Harman Arora failed to provide us any satisfactory response? How come the weight changed, when the same was done in our presence and in the presence of Ms Tina, then how is it possible that suddenly afterwards the weight changes by 0.69gm??? No one was able to give a convincing reply. And why when all the deal had been done/communicated, then at the last minute suddenly the staff asks us to pay more. We were never informed before that our old bangles are going to be washed and will be weighed again to ascertain their price, we were just asked to wait to let the staff complete the formalities of the billing. We were told that the store is under CCTV surveillance, so the above facts can be checked by the management from the recording. Also when we asked to show us the recording of the CCTV, from the minutes the bangle weighed 40.69gm to the minutes when the bangles weighed 40gm, it was denied to us. My sister coming from uk and she wearing at once but unfortunately middle of diamond fell off. Same compaint to gold suk in reliance jewels but no one can take seriously this is actually faulty ring or otherwise no chance to fell off like this. I want to repair free of cost. I found this mangalsutra is so weak and it is not wearable. Its already been broken 3 times. iIhad it repaired by reliance jewels worker last month but still all the parts of this mangalsutra are breaking up one by one. If i will return this product back i am going to loose the price i paid for making charge and even i cannot replace or return this item as it is a mangalsutra i made my wife wear this. I want to complaint about this and i want some solution very fast.

                        Please don't get into the trap of buying with them, they charge ~10%-15% than market rate, make false promises, say something and bill something else, charge for more than actually being given...when you ask for resolution they will not even apologise, talk illogical stuff, promise to revert but never do it and eventually will leave your concerns unattended and what you get is pathetic customer service... Big liars and cheaters under a big brand name, make money at the cost of customer... Charged 10-15% higher than market gold rate, higher than promised making and higher than actually gems in necklace...

Charged for 74 gems againt 62 in jewelry, charged at 2517/- againt rate of 2490/- for 22ct gold and promised to charge making at 15% but made bill at higher charges... And then upon calling says we did everything we can adjust in next bill, who will buy from such big cheaters and crooks... Would never recommend to make purchase from them... They also charge fir the wax filled in jewelry whereas now it shouldnt be, gold rate should be charged on net weight... They promised that there is no wax in jewelry but i showed necklace to other big brand and they said wax is present in necklace.. I wonder why such big brands cheat, people trust name begore purchases and this is what we get in return.

                            I bought two rings in september 2011 from Reliance Jewels Inorbit Mall Vashi. The ring which is approx 8 Gms in weight and cost was IN 24000 is now losing its polish and grey metal is visible inside .. it means it is total fake ring as GOLD is never grey. I never used this ring .. just started earing it since last 2 months. It meas either aloy which was mixed has extremely low percentage of gold in it ot totally fake. I never expected this from RELIANCE MUKESH AMBANI GROUP. I have latest pictures and original invoice as well. This is total damage. I am very annoyed and lost trust on Reliance .. they are cheaters.                               I am also facing same issue since last 3 weeks, despite close follow up there is no response. The said purchase was done by using SBI DEBIT CARD at RELIANCE JEWELS at VADODARA on Nov 6, 2015.

                                do not purchase gold from reliance gold

                                After reading all this review I repent on buying a diamond ring from reliance gold.The entire staff are liars.. I bought a ring of worth around 25000k. I gave them 8gm gold coin during the purchase to balance the amount. The worth of the coin was around 21k when it was purchased few months ago. During the billing 2% was deducted from the gold coin rate making it around 19k and then the billing was done.the gold rate on the day we purchased...

                                Sir, Recently I purchased a gold ring from Relience Jewellary punjagutta, Hyderabad Show Room. Every thing is fine. However, they offered me a coupon No. 102164 which entitles me to avail free cleaning of my Jewellery. That is also fine. However, I called over phone and requested them that I wish to use this service. Very fine. They asked me to come with jewellery for cleaning. I went all the way. They said that cleaning machine is not functioning, hence I was asked to wait for 4 days. Now when I called to know the position after 4 days .. I got the same reply to wait for 4 days. When a facility is extended to customers from such a reputed jewellery, it is has to be executed with same spirit. Lest the purpose of issuance of such coupons get defeated.                                   Last year I went to this jeweller and got a ring. and they sold a scheme to me which is monthly you invest 5000 and after one year you can buy gold with extra 10000 added to cumulative amount. but after 6 months they stopped the scheme and was forcing us to by the gold. and they are not ready to pay back the cash. this is still going on even after 1 year and we are struggling to get our hard earned money. There store manager Anuj Dubey and his supervisor Alpesh Joshi both from pune is not responding for any call and emails. Guy don't buy any stuff from reliance they are fraud and careless folks. we are suffering and just want to warn you all not to buy anything from Reliance Jewels.
