Worst experience purchasing from this store. I purchased a gold pendant on 15th Aug worth Rs 37000 from Ambala City store. But we went back to Delhi after holidays. I went to paschim vihar store, Delhi branch and requested them to exchange this product, they simply said we need approval from headoffice to exchange product in delhi, which is purchased from ambala. Manager in ambala, didn't marked a single mail to head office. I would have appreciated that mail was marked and then my request was rejected. But this man, Simply refused. This was my first purchase from reliance jewels. I simply need an exchange. Please process it further and take an action on it.
