Worst experience purchasing from this store. I purchased a gold pendant on 15th Aug worth Rs 37000 from Ambala City store. But we went back to Delhi after holidays. I went to paschim vihar store, Delhi branch and requested them to exchange this product, they simply said we need approval from headoffice to exchange product in delhi, which is purchased from ambala. Manager in ambala, didn't marked a single mail to head office. I would have appreciated that mail was marked and then my request was rejected. But this man, Simply refused. This was my first purchase from reliance jewels. I simply need an exchange. Please process it further and take an action on it.

I want to return a ring that i purchased and get return money for it ..From last 15 days a reliance store in pryagraj has been stalling me and they say their head office in mumbai has bot replied back ro their email which will process the return..then they said that the staff that is present is not capable of processing the return..I am planning to sue reliance jewels for this

My order was delivered in plastic bag...It should have been delivered in Tampered proof card...I don't believe it is original product or genuine.Please take your product back and give me my money...

Very bad experience with your pitampura store. Your store customer care support are very nonsense. I bought chain from your store and he was broken into 1 month and today 3 months till now, they say i will be change when he will available. Last 3 months I done many calls and many times I visited your store but your executives didn't response correctly.

I have bought the diamond studs, but can never use it as the thread is not at all good. There is a issue in the thread of the stud. Even after multiple complaints at the shop there was no proper response and the issue is not been addressed.

I purchased a product from reliance jewels on 8th February 2022 and as per some repair work for the product they gave a commitment to give product within 2 working days but till today its been more than 15 days they haven’t responded to it and when asked about my product always gave some kind of misinformation.
I highly think they are misusing my product or just giving some kind of harassment as we haven’t opened their monthly account as they asked us to open.
And as per their repair receipt the order has to be delivered on the same day of the purchase.
Theirs some kind of conspiracy behind this.

I have purchased gold item today worth Rs 1.03 lakhs today from Gold Souk Mall Gurgaon. The actual weight of item was less than mentioned on tag but I was charged as per tag. Manager told that they have to charge as per tag only and I hsd to pay extra. As I have invested 2 hours in selection I had to agree for that.? However this is not fair and affecting image of Reliance brand. I need be refunded extra amount paid with compensation on harassment faced and necessary action to be taken to rectufy system. We had bought diamond bracelet and ring from reliance jewels nashik I’m 2018 in zero percent making charges offer.
The team that time didn’t mention any changes in policy and we were unaware of the deduction of the discount amount . Now at the time of selling they say there’s this policy where they deduct 75%of the discount amount while buyback. It is simply loot. While buying they give at 100% off making charges and while selling they charge the making amount. Very disappointed with the useless policy of reliance jewels and surely won’t buy anything ever from them neither suggest people.

I had done payment of Rs 33908 at prayagraj relaince store on 2 November 2021 since that day neither I received the desired product nor the money back, the staff and store didn't cooperated on this matter And 2 months of mental harassment I am suffering
Hoping response from your side and solution of my money .

These are only words describing my experience with Reliance Jewel.

I bought this mangalsutra 6 months back and look what is results in.. broken after 6 months and after RCA they told us thistle is handling issue.

To this my straight question was please let me know what all scenarios can happen where mangalsutra can be broken as it is not anything that can be damaged while wearing it.

To this they don't have any answer and started giving unrealistic answer. In the end issue wasn't resolved and we drove back to home with smiling faces

My fiance and I visited the Reliance Jewels store in Viviana Mall, Mumbai on 09/10/2021 to look for rings for the purpose of our engagement which is on 21st Nov 2021 from Pune. We selected two rings, however the sizes were not available at the time in the store. The store told us that they will arrange the same rings as per our desired sizes and deliver us well within our date of engagement. So we paid an advance of INR 50000/-.

Later on we decided to buy some more jewelry and we visited your Aishwaryam One Mall, Pune store along with our family members on 17 Oct 2021. We have finalized one diamond necklace set, gold earrings & necklace. Further found some good designs on the male rings section, hence decided to finalize one and cancel the ring which we had finalized in the Mumbai Store. We contacted your mumbai store and your pune store employees had a word with them regarding the arrangement as well. To our convenience we requested to get the other (female ring) directly to Mumbai, so that we will take deliveries at once. We paid around INR 1 Lakhs in the Pune Store after utilising the INR 50000/- credit note. The total purchase was over 2 Lakhs.

Few points to highlight, it was really difficult for us to coordinate between the Mumbai store and the Pune store as if it's our job. Please let us know whether Reliance Jewel is a single brand or store wise it becomes different brands.

Further, we were informed that the order of our ring was cancelled because we utilised the credit note and it went back. This was not highlighted to us when we were at your Pune store. Then we requested to bring the ring and committed that we will take the delivery of the ring from Mumbai as there was no sync between your stores and it seemed Mumbai store was not willing to make the arrangement for sending the ring to Pune. We still agreed thinking not to ruin our day as my fiance loved that ring and was very excited about it.

Finally, we were informed from the Mumbai Store that the ring had arrived. Then we realized that they ordered the wrong ring. Again we asked them to bring our selected ring. Few days back the employee informed us that the size is not available and we won't be able to deliver the ring.

Please answer why it was committed to us in the first place if the store was not going to deliver the ring. It was a lot for us to go through the friction between your two stores. Now when our date is so close, given that the diwali holidays are there, we are really struggling. Now unwillingly we will have to compromise with something else. And it has ruined our day.

Now I don't want to ever shop with Reliance Jewel considering there is no sensitivity for customer's situation/empathy. I was under the impression that your brand gives importance to customer satisfaction. It seems I was completely wrong. Please give me an explanation that in the whole process where our fault was. Even after paying, you are not able to deliver to your commitments.

I went to Reliance jewels, Tilak Nagar to buy silver pendant for my grandson on 28/10/2021. However, when I asked your employee to show the same, he made fun of me by laughing.

Please advise your employees to treat the customers in a polite manner. It is very disappointing. The attitude of the employees defines their nature.

I will never ever buy from you.

Reliance jewelry punjagutta, Hyderabad. No response, No invalment, I am not happy in service.

One Gold chhain bearing Tax Invoice number AXTR7019IN000568 was purchased on 02 Jun 2019 from Reliance Jewels shop in Dehradun. The chain broke so we came for repair at Reliance shop in Dwarka Sector 11 New Delhi. It was told that it can't be repaired. So we went for a new chain and decided to do exchange. However the bill given by Ddun shop was not accepted by the Delhi shop saying that there is no stamp on the bill. In addition Hallmark was not there at the correct place.
It is suggested that necessary redressal be conducted against my grievance. This creates not only lot of inconvenience but also bad name to the Company

We had purchased a diamond set from sri ganganagar reliance jewels but the earing broken several times now we went at reliance jewel store sriganganagar they are saying its diamond are not reused and they are deducting 50 %amount they sold us fake diamond jewellery and everytime store remain closed due to farmer protest what customer can do there is no response we have original bill and certificate but issue is not resolved we will proceed legally if issue is not resolved

I purchased 2 bangles out of a set of 4 bangles. The discount on making charges was 50% for set of 4, which was reduced to 20% when i purchased 2 bangles from the set. And all this came to my knowledge when final bill was being prepared. Even the staff was clueless about this change in discount. Costed me approx. Rs. 7500/- more for buying a smaller package and I felt that I have penalized for my smaller pockets. Purchase was made in Chandigarh extension store at Manimajra, on 28/08/2021 at 20.21 hrs. My mobile no. is [protected]. Kindly look in to the matter and refund the excessive portion of making charges i.e. Rs. 7500/- approx.

This complaint is regarding my purchase in reliance jewels chandigarh Elante mall on 26 July 2021. Amount of 20433/ was deducted from my account by ATM swipe method.According to team, amount not credited to their account. So they asked me to wait for 48 hrs.I went back to himachal as I was on leave . I called them after 48 hrs. Amount was deducted from my account and I came out of reliance jewels without ring. I had given written complaint to sbi bank. They told me transaction was successful.I received call from Mr Ashish from reliance jewels on 13 th August that they have received same amount on 9 th Aug. I m serving in Indian Army and I m posted in Jammu and Kashmir. I won’t be getting leave this year.Mr Ashish has told me that I have to come to their store for refunding. This is my humble request to reliance team to look into this matter. Because I have to travel for 700 km ( one side) with my small infant.I can go to reliance jewels jammu on Sunday’s ( nearest reliance jewels).I am requesting you to look into this matter. I have all the proofs. Only thing is I can’t visit reliance Chandigarh.please resolve my issue as soon as possible.Thank you.
