Today on 10/10/2020 I have gone to purchase of gold chain worth of Rs 46, 388.38 the transaction was made by neft the amount was debited from my account with reference ID:[protected] but the store said that they didn't receive the amount as it is not been showing on their system but the about amount has been debited so can you please help me out with this matter when will the money will return to me or when the amount will be seen ho your...

I have purchased something from the store but the first transection was successful from my side but they did not received the money that time so I made one more transection then after 48 hrs the money of first transection was received by the reliance jewels then they said they have reversed the money and the transaction I made on 23/06/2020 but I have not received my money till date 26/08/20...

In order to pay the installment for a particular month the payment got stuck somewhere and didn't process successfully. The amount of 3000 debited from account.

There is golden step scheme a/c no. Gs0053204 with you opened at vadodara (Guj) store on 13.06.2018 with a maturity of -24- months. The last installment i. E. 24th is deducted on 15.05.2020 and the scheme period is completed. Henceforth there will not be deduction of any more installment, which is confirmed with your vadodara store, eventhough the 25th installment is deducted on 15.06.2020, why???
All 24 installments are paid on regular...

I have already complaint on reliance fresh customer care services on 8th may 2020.

Maine 20th march ko men ring li thi but uska colour fade ho gaya hai. Abhi lock down hai or open hone ke baad price bar jayga to agar hum change karte hain to hum se bare huye rate ke according charge kiya jayga.
Agar iski quality sahi hoti to hamelin change karne ki jarurat nahi thi.

About 1500 i think were spared after getting new studs so we had to buy silver coins. On that day they couldn't provide us bill as they said they were having technical issue in generating bill but after it we followed up several times despite of which we haven't yet received the...

An untrustworthy store who fakes everything, i visited visakhapatnam branch and the executive convinced me to take the scheme of 2000 for 24 months and if i want to drop in the middle the money will be refunded.

And now the # staff (A lady) don't know how to speak to the customer very rude behaviour (If you can't give best services at least train your staff to be polite) and not paying me back don't even care...

I had bought jewellery from reliance jewels (Garh road meerut), at that time, they told me a scheme to deposit 1000 rupees per month and after 2 months if you bought anything from our store then you will get 20% discount and after 3 months you will get 25% discount and so on. Or i can can take my money back.
