I had made an investment vide Golden Steps a/c GS0060267 at your Kalinga Hospital square branch, Bhubaneswar and have paid 22 instalments in a total amounting to Rs.2, 20, 000.- towards total investment. But during reconciliation, one instalment is missing from your ledger, which might have happened in November, 2019 as 2 cheques 189788 & 189790 have been cleared from my s/b account on 14.11.2019.

Your branch could not help me in resolving the issue. Please go through the attached statement and resolve the issue at the earliest.

I had bought a diamond ring worth 40, 000 from Reliance Jewel, shopper stop in 2019, but now I no longer which to keep that ring & want to return my ring & claim my refund but it's been almost 2 month that I have been chasing reliance jewel to take by the diamond ring & provide me my refund but they are procrastinating and make false claim that they are unable to track my product. Also, I do have the ring bill and reliance warranty issued 2 years back with me but still they are not accepting it.

I am really very frustrated plz help me by fixing this issue ASAP.

But I am unable to login or re-set my GSS account password using my Customer ID. That is showing error. Customer Support number is not working...

We have purchased gold on 25th December 2019 and paid the amount through HDFC where 10% cash back applicable within 90 days, but we have not received any cash back after 3 months also. It’s been 11 months now.

Please check and resolve the issue at the earliest.

I've purchased a gold ornament on[protected]. Total outstanding amount was 295000.00. 100% exchange within 7days. Due to size incompatibility I've to exchange the ornament on[protected]. The latest ornament weighs 0.38 grams more than older one, effective gold price would be roughly Rs.1900 (0.38× 4781), but I had to pay Rs. 8400 difference amount to get new ornament. It was illogical to think about the bill. Manager gave me unsatisfied and unconvincing reply. I can add more details based on necessities. I seek your attention to look into the matters and do the needful.

Today on 10/10/2020 I have gone to purchase of gold chain worth of Rs 46, 388.38 the transaction was made by neft the amount was debited from my account with reference ID:[protected] but the store said that they didn't receive the amount as it is not been showing on their system but the about amount has been debited so can you please help me out with this matter when will the money will return to me or when the amount will be seen ho your system as I neither get the item nor my amount is returned.

I have purchased something from the store but the first transection was successful from my side but they did not received the money that time so I made one more transection then after 48 hrs the money of first transection was received by the reliance jewels then they said they have reversed the money and the transaction I made on 23/06/2020 but I have not received my money till date 26/08/20

In order to pay the installment for a particular month the payment got stuck somewhere and didn't process successfully. The amount of 3000 debited from account.

Could you please help looking into it?

In our diamond ring diamond has been replaced

The Ludhiana reliance jewels showroom staff service is very poor.

My name is priyanka.. I have purchased a diamond necklace. One of the sales person named bhagya has kept my certificate with her and was asking us to start a scheme of 10000 after that she would give us the certificate. However on that day of purchase, the certificate was not ready and i was asked to come the next day. Sales girl bhagya said that she would take it and keep it with her and forcing us to start a scheme. We asked her a number of times regarding the certificate. Now she bluffs that we have already taken. Which never happened. Clearly it's understood that she has lost it.. I request you to arrange our certificate for the diamond necklace

There is golden step scheme a/c no. Gs0053204 with you opened at vadodara (Guj) store on 13.06.2018 with a maturity of -24- months. The last installment i. E. 24th is deducted on 15.05.2020 and the scheme period is completed. Henceforth there will not be deduction of any more installment, which is confirmed with your vadodara store, eventhough the 25th installment is deducted on 15.06.2020, why???
All 24 installments are paid on regular basis.
Now please refund my 25th installment amount of rs.10000 to my bank account, which is on your record.

I booked a bangle at reliance store/shop prayagraj. Ballance amount according to bill presented by so shop rs177014.00 paid through rtgs by allahabad bank katara branch prayag raj on dt 20th march 2020 in said account as per attached. But according to your selamat mr durg vijay ji ;the amount is not received in said a/c while allahabad bank is showing that amount is credits in reliance retail a/c.
Pl. Insure me about my amount.

I have take gss scheme with customer id:cs00268373, and as said by executive not able to make online payment as the page did notr allow me to login and don't know from where to get password as it's not even sending otp from portal while trying reset link available on portal.
