My complaint number 2172765 with Reliance Customercare dt.17/06/2018.
Tax Invoice no.AX8421181N000698 DT.04/06/2018 OF Reliance Retail Limited, on purchase of diamond earring worth Rs.52192/-
I am regret to inform you that, my account has not been updated ith the reliance points, for the purchase made at Reliance Jewels on 4th of June 2018.
As per the discussion with Kalpana, I have attached the invoice copy of the purchase for the purpose o[censored]pdation of Reliance points to my a/c.
Since that day, I am following my complaint by several mails and phone calls to Reliance customer care they are saying that my complaint has been escalated to Senior Officer. But, It is more than 25 days nothing has been happened. i have not got any response from the team till now.
My problem has not been solved yet. yesterday(9th june 2018) I have spoken to fahd and mithali, they informed me that, I will get call from the team. But It is disgusting to say that inspite of many calls mails I have not yet got any response from the team. Please do the needful immediately.
