Dear concern,
I have purchased diamond earing (18k-s-earring), article code (Sku2184592) worth rs 26001, on dated 10 march from reliance jewelry christian basti, guwahati branch but they are unable to provide me the internationally certified diamond as mentioned in your website. And after multiple visits and complains also they are not providing the same.

    I will provide my details to the bareilly reliance jewels. But the question have you investigate what is the issue?
    There is no soultion to get the clarity check the cctv camera is store which female staff is doing, and with whom doing, spent time at store if they spent where? Even they did not reply on the mail.

    See one thing i would bring to your kind notice that, there is other staff members why i mentioned there name also there is reason to mentioned the same.

    You check the cctv camera, what is happening, especaiily manager room,
    Everthing will be cleared, that girl sabhyata attend me, while second visit she went along with manager room, she not bother to reslove,
    But i will never come to reliance jewels bareilly, will advice my friends also. The enviornment is spoiled by manager and female staff, everone know about that but no one is ready to speak,

      Reliance jewels bareilly store manager, did not give attention to my complaint, instead of that he was doing ras leela with his female staff, this incident happened last month while i bought a product and requested them to reslove it, store manager jyothi sharma along with female staff sabhyata sharma went out of the store and that female staff did not wear the unifrom,
      i just want to know it is the culture .i requested staff to reslove the issue, manager and that female staff in manager room . after my request he did not come out .

        I bought silver bracelet from reliance jewels in reliance trends store bandra west, mumbai on 28th may’19. Bracelet was not the only thing i bought, altogether in a stretch of two days i bought gold & silver jewellery worth rs1.5lakhs.
        As soon as i reached home and tried the bracelet it broke from center. I called the bandra number of mr jayanti[protected]‬) on the spot within half an hour of purchase, he told me to go to store and assured me that i will be helped.
        As i reached the store in evening (Within 3hrs) i was denied of any help and was told we cannot help you in any way. They made me speak to their manager ‘ashwini suta’ on phone. Her tone was already on a higher note and she argued with for quite somete. The thing which hit me the most was, as i asked her that if your product breaks within 10mins of purchase is that my fault or yours? And she replied that it is your fault and you’re to be blamed for the product and said we cannot help you so please take the product with you, straight to my face on a high pitch. There is a certain way a manager should confront a customer. I told her that she is very unreasonable and i won’t speak to her.
        After a lot of phone calls by the store ppl and sincere help by the bandra number (Jayanti) i initially spoke to, i was helped and exchanged the product.
        After putting up a lot of fight i was finally helped but my complain here is against the manager (Ms. Ashwini) and the way she speaks to a customer who is a fairly regular customer. I request you to see into this matter and give your managers the needed trainings.
        Also thanks to mr jayati (To whom i have already spoken about my experience at store) for his proactive help.

          Dear sir,

          I bought jewellery worth rs 66968 from reliance jewel on[protected]. At the time of purchase i was told that i would be receiving a cash back within 3 months and now it is around a year i have been continuously visiting the shop but have not received the same. The manager over there is not ready to address the issue saying that it is not a part of their duty. Mr. Sudhir and mr. Prateek are not addressing the issue and now it has become an embarrassment to visit the store and ask for my own money.
          I am attaching the bills and the account statement. I have also given all the required documents to the above mentioned people around 4 times.

          Request you to please address the issue at the earliest.

            I had purchased an article 18k-s-bangle oval bearing article code no sku2287201 as per your invoice no ax845718in003410 dated 17.02.2019 from your reliance jewels outlet at siliguri. As per the policy there is an exchange policy of product within seven days of purchase with full value. I approached the outlet at siliguri toady dated 23.02.2019 (Before completing seven days of purchase) but they out-rightly denied us the exchange offer. They alleged that that the product has been damaged and deshaped. They also alleged that you must have hit the article into some hard surface due to which this has happened. We haven't used the article after purchase and it is kept as it is as was packed. Not the question arrise that either the product offered by them are either of very poor quality which automatically gets reshaped as claimed by their sales person or the sales person are deliberately deceiting us and denying us our right. We reretiate that we have been deceit by the outlet and we request you to provide us justice.

Sanjeev kumar and pulkit garg has done a blunder and i will report this to consumer court and will do legal proceedings.they told me that t80ct will be value for sure after melting they yold it is 75 ct i was not agreed at that.

              The company soon called us after our complaint and considered our case and extended their offer beyond the time frame as a special case for us. We have exchanged the product and got a new one. We got a satisfactory response from them and are thankful to all the concerned.

                  Sir i purcashed bangles from your store almost a year back wt. 38.450. Within a year enamel got erroded. So i have given it for a repair. While reparing it got damaged. Nobody informed me. Just i went to know the status of my repair it got to know about the event. They asked me to purchases the new one. As the size was not available i placed an order. Now my order is ready and they are asking me to pay making and wastage on entire 46gms of new bangle. I have already paid for 38.450. Gms. I agree to pay for extra gold and it's making and wastage.
                  Another issue is i purchased 38.450 gms and i gave for repair 36.86 gms. How come there cab be difference of 2 grams just within a span of 1 year.
                  Please look in this matter. It's going on since november 2018

                    I had purchased a diamond ring in june17 from DB Mall Bhopal which I had rarely used n it's two diamonds fell . I went for repair but the manager there said it wouldn't be possible or can fell again after repair. So I should buy another in exchange . I had 2500rs loss.I asked for gold jwellerr in exchange n told him it will again fell as I said many complaints on this portal .But he misleaded meHe suggested to buy a Solitaire ring n said it will not fall but only after one day use I saw it is getting into clothes .I can see threads on it's setting.Very bad diamond setting . N people are fooled n forced to buy diamond jewelry only

                      I had purchased a diamond ring and the diamond had fallen off within 15 days. I was told that it has happened due to a manufacturing defect and would be repaired in 7 days. Even after wating for 63 days i have not received the product. I have visited the store multiple times to enquire and every time i was given a new date. Finally i had to ask for a refund and that too did not happen easily. Multiple calls and visits to the store were required. It was a harassment for 2 months constantly following up for something which was promised to be done in 7 days.

                        Yesterday i have visit at reliance jewels store in db city mall, at their i have face very bad shopping experience, on of your sale staff made worng commitment, and after that when she agreed that she made a worng commitment... She replied one her manager that much of amount cut off with her salary which is getting in up coming days... These type of training given by your staff... I will never suggest to anyone to go shop at bhopal store...

                          I received a reliance jewels gift card from friends on wedding. I went to reliance jewels shop to purchase some item and after finalizing item i gave gift card for bill payment. Store person told me that on swiping card in machine, its not reading the magnetic strip. I called up my friend to ask from where and how much money is loaded, also did he checked the card working or not.

                          He told me card was purchased from reliance jewels store, jayanagar, bangalore and loaded with 10 thousand rupees, and did not checked if it was working.

                          I raised issue with reliance customer care team to re-issue the card as the current card is not readable. The response i got is really frustrating, reply i got is "we regret to inform you that gift card once expired/damaged or lost cannot be extended or re-validated".

                          This means 10k gone in drain.

                            My complaint number 2172765 with Reliance Customercare dt.17/06/2018.
                            Tax Invoice no.AX8421181N000698 DT.04/06/2018 OF Reliance Retail Limited, on purchase of diamond earring worth Rs.52192/-

                            I am regret to inform you that, my account has not been updated ith the reliance points, for the purchase made at Reliance Jewels on 4th of June 2018.
                            As per the discussion with Kalpana, I have attached the invoice copy of the purchase for the purpose o[censored]pdation of Reliance points to my a/c.

                            Since that day, I am following my complaint by several mails and phone calls to Reliance customer care they are saying that my complaint has been escalated to Senior Officer. But, It is more than 25 days nothing has been happened. i have not got any response from the team till now.

                            My problem has not been solved yet. yesterday(9th june 2018) I have spoken to fahd and mithali, they informed me that, I will get call from the team. But It is disgusting to say that inspite of many calls mails I have not yet got any response from the team. Please do the needful immediately.

                                I have purchased one diamond ring in april 2014. Within a month one of the diamond came out. I got it fixed. Again, recently in the month dec 2017 i get it fixed for the same issue. Today i have observed one of the diamond came out.
                                I am not sure why this issue is persisting every now and then. Every time i am paying to get it fixed. I choose to purchase the ring from reliance being a trusted store, but this every now and then loss of the diamond from the ring is something very frustrating.

                                Currently i am in pune and i don't have the bills either the certificate here with me. Let me know if i can get it fixed in blr hoping it wont happen again

                                  Hi,

                                  I purchased a diamond ring from your outlet @gold souk, gurugram in the month of february. Just after a month one of the major diamond in the ring has fallen, the centerpiece. Secondly, it is a white gold ring and already its color is now pale gold, it lost its polish. Thirdly, today i saw one of the diamond seems to be cracked and lost its color.
                                  I feel like completely cheated as the ring was too costly and reliance has given me a faulty piece.
                                  If not proper steps taken i will have to report this to consumer court on account of cheating.

                                    I bout a 64 gram necklace 3 years back. Sales manager told that it has uncut diamond and ruby. Today i went to sale and come to know that it's kundan. Actual gold is 54 grams only. So if i return it now i will get 40 thousand less then actual price. I am really feeling being cheated. Sales manager should tell the truth. Just to make sales, they are lying to customer.

                                      I had bought a diamond ring worth rs 60000 in dhanteras just 5 mon back.

                                      uptill now atleast 3 pieces of diamond have fallen off and may be many more to come. I am being asked to pay for the repair and replacement of diamonds for a badly made, relatively new product with fault at your making. Or else i have the option of returning and bearing its lost amount.

                                      i have been purchasing jewelery from tanishq and other brands but never had such a bad experience and that too in just 5 months.

                                      moreover i have been trying to give my feedback on your site but that too seems to be not working just like your products.

                                        Today i visited the reliance jewels at hubli urban oasis mall. They hired inexperienced employees, they even don’t have the billing knowledge. For 60000 rupees transaction they took nearly 3 hours of time saying system didn’t got updated and they need to generate manual bill.
                                        Very unprofessional and inexperienced employees and they ruining the reliance brand value. Even store manger mr. Sunil joseph don’t have an idea how to run the retail business.

                                        This will be the my last visit to reliance jewel.
