Reliance Jewels — Complain — point not added to reliance one card number # [protected] | |||
I have purchased Jewelers of Rs -- 104954/- on dated 13/02/2016 with Invoice Number : -- 26604 at Reliance Jewels, Jayanagar, Bangalore, but I am very sorry to say that Point has been not added to my Reliance One Card. I have called to store executive who has helped with my purchase and he said that we can not do anything for this you need to visit Reliance showroom. Which completely make me unsatisfied and disappointed from Reliance Jewels. I have checked my point through reliance shop but this has been not been credited till now. At the time of purchase the assurance given to me that point will get added next day but not sure when next day will come. I am also not sure case has happened with me or happening with all Reliance Jewelers customer. I would like reliance management to look into client / Customer complain to get it resolve as earliest. I am attaching the copy of Invoice as proof of purchase.
