Let me introduce myself as Sudhersan S bearing jio fiber connection (on landline number:+91-[protected]).
I am planning move out of the city and as part of it I raised a service request SR0000156S0F on[protected] to "cancel" my jio fiber connection and collect & process refund of security deposit, a service engineer contacted me on relocation, I explained him that the ticket was not raised for relocation but cancellation. I followed up by raising another request SR000015DJVH on[protected], same thing happened. Same thing happened on SR000015DWU2 ticket raised on[protected].
I am writing this email in good faith that an appropriate an action will be taken on this matter.
I have been a user of Jio fiber/services for a few years now and I myself have been a advocate of Jio services, please don't make me think I was wrong all along.
