I first had this issue around 8 or 9 january 2017. Actually i had this issue but i noticed it on the above mentioned date, i was unable to make or recieve calls/sms from my newly bought jio number. When i called them at first they told me that the issue will be resolved within 48 hrs and the problem remained after 48 hrs so i called them again and it was unresolved again i got the deadline of 48 hrs. Once again i called them and they say that it is the issue with my phone, but i explicitly told them that i had tried this sim in other handsets also and it did not worked. So everytime i call them they come up with some new jargon and say that "this is the issue, previous representive misguided you, i won't blah blah blah" and then again they very creatively ask for 48 hrs and this is going for a week now so i am fed up with them and it seems i cannot do anything from my end or should i say i won't be able to get results if this will be the case.
So please help me, time is of the essence here as you also know 1st april will be the day most of the sims will be in dustbins. Was this information helpful? |
