I have very bad experience with jio customer care service. Call to 198 or 199 and wait for more than half an hour to talk to customer care executives.
Second bad experience with downloading speed. I purchased the lyf mobile with jio sim in July. Very good speed in July and august.but from September 10 downloading speed is very poor.
Hope jio people will look into this on priority to maintain their credibility.
