Reliance Jio — Incomplete information while recharging

I am Jio fiber user having # [protected]. I have done recharge of Rs999 on 8th Sept-22, thinking I could use OTT platforms on my mobile device. After recharging when I tried logging into one of the OTT application it showed me error and I did not get OTP on my registered mobile number. Then I contacted customer care where they confirmed me that, it can be accessible only If I have jio set-top box. I feel like cheated because while recharging there is no message or notification that OTT platforms are accessible only if I have Jio set-top box. It is like fraud only. When I told customer care agent to refund my money they said it is not possible. So I request to refund of my whole recharge amount.
