Reliance Jio Infocom Ltd — No internet connectivity with jio mifi device jmr530

I bought a jio mifi device jmr520 (black) about 10 days back, got jio sim too, which got activated in 3 three days due to outstation id proof. for 4 -5 days it worked very well, apart from slow speed during 7pm to 12pm, but recently from 2nd oct 2016 after 3 pm i am facing issue with it, that though it shows connected, but no internet connectivity. initially i thought some issue with network or may be dongle, so i repeatedly reset the dongle but to my surprise still no connectivity. i decided to visit digital xpress mini from where i bought it, in evening i went there and inquired about the issue the guy told me that it is a network issue and will be sorted out. soon after i left shop outside there i found internet connectivity, i thanked that guy and told him internet working now. i came back home and to my surprise again everything ok, and no internet connectivity. i decided to use that sim in my mobile device and what i found is that on my mobile it's again working fine, decided to again change sim to mifi, but there in mifi it's the same problem no connectivity of internet. again i decided to tell about it to that digital xpress mini, but when i reached there internet is working fine.in the end i came to the conclusion that some issue with my bts tower, regarding this i approached [protected]@jio.com as i am not able to connect to any of their customer care number. as per policy they have mentioned that in 24hrs they will reply to my first mail yesterday i got reply today 12pm mentioning of their overwhelming response of customer and will time to look into query and i replied to look into matter as this is not my single issue all customer under that bts tower would have been suffering., to my surprise i got reply in half an our but reply was the same. i'm frustrated as not getting proper reply and not able to find much on troubleshooting such issue. here i'm attaching screen shot of with the bts having connectivity issue, if any one having any idea to sort out do reply e-mail : [protected]@yahoo.com
