Reliance Jio Infocomm — 45 days maximum waiting time up still facing slower speed than 2G | |||||
I complained on 11/01/17 for slow pathetic speed and was told that the issue will be resolved within 45 days at maximum . 45 days are ove and stil i cant get any response from the jio and the problem exists. Whenever i call the helpline service and try to get in contact with higher officials they simply state that the supervisors are busy and call after 1 hr or so and when I do another person picks up the call and doesnt let me contact the officials for more insight as to why the problem is not resolved. I have contacted the call service many times but was able to contact the supervisors only once and this shows that the call service is pretty bad. The speed is still bad and the call service estimated that it might take 2-3 weeks more for the issue to resolve. I would sincerely like to complain about the services provided by JIO 4G.
