Pl update the recharge done on date 2nd april 2020 for rs 555 for mobile no. [protected] via bhim application and the transaction id is[protected].
This recharge is not reflecting in plans on same mobile no.
Since this was not reflecting and the mobile plan was expired, another recharge of rs 149 was made which was successfully updated.
The issue of rs 555 where money is deducted from account and recharge plan is not updated, pl credit into jio account with same plan and update it.
I already wrote e mails to "care", "[protected]@jiomoney.com"; but no reply and resolution heard.
