Reliance Jio Infocomm — [protected] - after recharge 399/-rs no data and calls not going outside and it is silent

Hi, reliance jio infocomm team,

Issue: data not received and incoming/outgoing calls issue even network available 4g/lte.

My name is mahesh and reliance join number -[protected]. I got replace sim on 16/03/2019 and reached 399/-rs in jio store chennai (Kelambakkam).. Still i am facing the issue with data and calls.

Please help with recharge amount 399/-rs.
