Reliance Jio Infocomm — [protected] recharge successful but not activated

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 449 rs plan
(399 with 50 rs top up voucher) today on 25th november 2019, well in advance before the due date. I have received an sms from jio confirming the recharge but it is not activated. The net is not working. Please resolve it immediately.
