I have contact customer care executive for Buy Jio prime customer. he say if you buy 99 in postpaid and then change prepaid no need to pay another 99. so that i have buy 99 in postpaid. after that i have submit request to postpaid to prepaid migration in jio center. they asking another 99 you must pay then only we will do. regarding this issue i contact customer care executive through 198 and 199 more than 20 times some time they say no need to pay and some time they say need to pay and some time they say amount has been refund. regarding this i raise complaint but still no one call back to me. Jio customer care also dont have exact knowledge regarding this and support also very poor. still i cant able to migration to prepaid. and jio center give another no to register complaint that is 1988. but i am waiting around 30 minutes no one response my call. this kind of approach only getting from Jio. they are treated there customer as very worst.
