This is with regards to refund of security deposit on surrendering of reliance jio fibernet work modem. Even after exchange of so many mails, no fruitful result has been served. The followng are the details. I recharged today on 18.9.2019 at 9.45 AM from myjio app for a friend, it was showing "Payment successfull. we will process the recharge". But Recharge is not done yet. In history also it is not updated. I am attached the screenshot here.

I recharged on my jio number on 17 sept.today is 19 sept but the recharge still not activated.i am unable to make outgrown call.
