Reliance Jio Infocomm — About jio prime membership and ddd bundle | |||||
I paid today Rs 408 (Reference: BR00004XBHWJ) for Prime Membership and DDD bundle for my Jio number : [protected]. However, the message from JM-JioPay shows a succesful recharge of Rs 225/ only. I do not undestand this. Please give me Prime Membership and three months unlimited data as promised through message on my mobile. I went to web site https://jio.com/r/EQDEM2 and paid this amount as suggested by your message. I was given a recharge of Rs 225 instead of Prime Membership and three months unlimited data.
