I made the recharge of 408 for free calling and data on 10th may, but from 13th may evening it was not working when i called customer care they said you made the recharge of 149 on 31st of march which i didn't, i told them the same the launched my complaint on 14 evening at 6.18 in the evening miss soniya so called as Team leader over their she assured me that my services will be activated within 24 hours . then on next day 15th may i called jio for the status of my complaint at around 12 noon they said your complaint was not launched we are launching it right away will get resolved in 24 to 48 hours Mr. Gautam the floor supervisor assist me .now on 16th May i called for the same i said what is the status just resolve my complaint Mr. Gautam assured me that any how my services will be re-activated before 6 pm . now at 5.30 pm i received a message that complaint is resolved i cross checked but it was not . On 17th May i called they were keep on telling me that it is resolved after that when asked for Operational manager they transferred the call to Mr. Balaji Chadran So called as Operational manager of Jio he said i am sorry cannot give you any statement and indirectly he said we will not reactivate your services i asked for refund he denied i asked for complimentary data till they are not reactivating the service he denied and said we cannot do any thing .
Now I didn't did any recharge of 149 these people are truly making us fool these people wasted my time money everything, what type service jio is giving customer service people are not giving any resolution what is this really today is 21st may still my services are not activated .
