Reliance Jio Infocomm — add on packs

Using iphone 6s and i am unable to use my add on pack as it does not start after daily limit ends it shows 6.14 kb left in my jio app i font know whats the problem but add on pack does not start nd this 6.14 no. Remains as it is i wastedmy money on it i want my money back or atleast jio should resolve this issue
