Reliance Jio Infocomm — all calls are having the problem of one way communication | |||
All my incoming and outgoing calls are having a problem of one way communication. When i call or i receive a call, i can hear the other person voice but they cannot hear my voice. I have raised this issues many times but no resolution. Also everything is correct from my end. I have correct setting in my phone and my phone is updated to latest software and work perfect with other network provider. I have been missing many calls and it's a shame and embarrassing when some one important person like the call from company or business calls comes and i was not able to communicate. It's creating a loss and bad reputation because of poor quality network of jio. I requested jio to allow me to port out to my previous network provider but jio is not allowing me to port out by saying i have to forcing me to saty for 90 days. I ported to jio 40 day back. I have been facing problem since day one. I cannot stay for 90 days, i am missing all my important calls. Jio is not solving my issues and they are forcing me to saty on jio network. It's a torture and humiliation to me. So please help me in porting out from jio. Was this information helpful? | |||
