Reliance Jio Infocomm — amount deducted from account but executive denied that there is no successful transaction of recharge

I was recharging my jio number by debit card on 02.02.2018, the amount deducted from my account but i didn't get any confirmation about that transaction. When i called jio customer service office they told me that there is no such recharge which is done on 02.02.2018 so please contact your bank. Then i lodged a complaint regarding this & due to need i had to recharge once again on 04.02.2018 & that was successful. After four month of complaint finally i got the resolve & they told me that they have the document on which jio infocom has acknowldged thet the recharge transaction has been successful. I don't understand that why your executive told me that there is no such successful transaction of recharge. Is this the way to service your customer. Please consider this case, i want my money back or another recharge.
