Reliance Jio Infocomm — Amount deducted, recharge not processed, and refund not initiated

I recharged my Jio Fiber number +91-[protected] on 24th Jan 2023 at 8.18 AM from My Jio App through CRED UPI
The amount 824/- was deducted from my ICICI Account, but the recharge was not processed.
I waited for two hours, then recharged again with another mode of payment, and the recharge was successfully processed.
The refund amount is not processed.
