Reliance Jio Infocomm — amount transfer thru upi but recharge not done

My name is asha on 18.02.19 i have transfered amount thru upi (Bhim app) for rs 498/- but amount deducted from my account but recharge is not done kindly go thru it urgently and help me as early as possible i have visited jio customer service near bsk 3rd stage near kamakya theatre i have asked bank people also but they are confirming the debited amount of 498/- so what is the next step i have to do inform thru mail because every time i will transferred thru upi for recharging but this time how come it has been not taken by jip people i have already shown pass sheet to customer care people i have transaction id in upi i. E[protected] time 5;24;6 on 18.02.19 and the mobile number bearing [protected]
