My 1gb data is exhausting very fast even though i don't use it often. Why is it so? Do company wants people to change their number to some other stuff? We trusted company blindly. Either you stop doing this to your customers or we don't have another option than changing our sim to some other sim. I hope you'll look after this.

    I have made a recharge of 299 on 15 October 2019 at rechargecube.in which showed up when I typed jio recharge on Google
    They have told to re credit it in 48 hours but still i haven't recieved anything.
    Kindly please see to it and refund back my amount.

      I recharged my jio number [protected] for 169rs from google pay. The amount has been deducted from my account but i haven't received the recharge message yet please resolve the problem. I have attached the recept of google pay payment. Upi transaction id was[protected]. And the amount payed [protected]@hdfcbank. I have already attached the photo recept of the transaction kindly look into it.

        I have recharged a wrong number [protected] instead of the right number [protected] via sbi net banking, reference no is br0003ediszy, and the transaction id is[protected].

        I have recharged the ₹49+₹10 iuc pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i can recharge once again the right number.
        Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

            Hi, my name is mohit goyal, i am living in b217 near behl hospital, rajeev puram colony, dasna. Ghaziabad.
            I am very frustrated and upset as jio tower is installing at the front of my home. I have first time pregnant wife with very complicated situation and now this is one more frustration added by this tower as this cause health issue mostly for children and pregnant lady as well as for senior citizens.
            Many of the survey and supreme court is already order not to install in residential area but despite of this i don't know how government can allow this. Hence would requesting you all to please consider is on priority otherwise i have to do whatever i can do. It is a humble request and i am hoping the quick response from your end.

            After 10 min i get a message of 50% data use .how can its possible
            1.5 data use in day
            But few days 100% data use in 10 min
            I want my data back
            Otherwise i will go to court and complaint against jio

              In my area of malkapur x road near taher plaza, sangareddy, sangareddy district-502295 telangana
              Am not getting signal strength totally from last week continuously.. It's showing no signal.. Emergency calls only..
              And signal strength is also less
              Calls are not getting to some jio numbers and particular other n/w numbers.
              Calls are getting connected to others when dialled to our contacts

                My speed was fine until yesterday, around 5 to 15 mbps. Then today my net speed came down to 80kbps when I still had 700 mb data left on my number.

                I contacted support and they told me whats causing this issue is that many users are using internet at same time.
                What kind of reason is that?
                Please fix this.

                  Not a single stick of network getting call drop call disturbance data slow problem many more

                    I'm vishal, resident of jaipur who applied for jio gigafibre connection for my home 4 months back. Despite knowing that my home doesn't fall under rfs area the jio executive accepted my connection request and did all formalities (Documents, adv. Deposit of rs.2500/- etc) and assured me of getting services within a week. After 1.5 months, making 1000s of calls here n there i was finally asked by the same executive to initiate refund process as my area comes under non rfs region (Height of stupidity) by calling on jio toll free number ([protected]). It's been 4 months now & i haven't got my refund. Everytime i call at toll free number, the customer executive ask me to be patient and wait for the confirmation call from jio regarding refund but i haven't recieved any confirmation call yet. It's going the same way for last few months & now it's an headache. I have all the necessary leads like connection number, cancelled req number etc. #helpme

                    I attempted to do a recharge worth 149 on my jio accountthe amount was deducted from my bank account but i have not received any notification and it is still showing that I don't have any plan.please do take action.it is very much disappointing

                        I used to get 6 mbps + speed for several weeks. now the speed is reduced to 190kbps which is not acceptable. I had complaint this to 1800 before 1 week and there is no improvement.

                        I disconnected BSNL broad band and took JIO 4G connection. Now it seems BSNL 512k was better.

                        I will go aggressive on social media if JIO do not perform. Your actions recently seems to disappoint your customers and tend to cheating cases.

                          Purchased jio recharge voucher
                          Money deducted, received confirmation mesaage but not received recharge voucher till now which is more then 24 hours. I have tried consumer care, spoken to senior reps, everyone is acknowledging complaint which is some technical fault from componies end only but they are unable to resolve, they are not ready to give any complaint number, more over they dont even have any clue how long it will take to resolve. From last 2 days my outgoing is barred and it is causing lots of incnvinience and loss as this is my only active number.

                          It seems no body took extra pain to reaolve it timely, it was some technical fault which took its own sweet time. Pained to rexeive such reaponse from our so called number one company of India and one amongst top of worlds forrune 500, may be its gone in the heads of JIOs employee. Anyways, already too much time wasted, dont want to waste my time anymore on writing about a company who does not care a bit about its customer. Hooe we get some better alternate of Jio soon.

                            These gangs are misused reliance jio infocomm limited and first of khushi verma say security deposit for rs. 1880 & priyanka says laptop deposit rs. 9800 & srikantrao says extra deposit for laptop rs.11700 & also he says account opening for icici bak rs. 10400 & he said living and character certificate for rs. 11500 and today he said medical allowance provided for company so deposit 16000 after i send ur joining letter. Please sir i pay already 46500rs i dont know its fake and please make an action for these unmanted peoples and also i have these members phone number and he send me all over mails and messages, call recordings. Please sir take a severe action for these peoples

                              My jio number is [protected]. I have a recharge of 399 rs which i activated on 11oct 2019 and valid for 03 jan 2019. My outgoing calls are discontinued due to high usage of outgoing calls which is not mentions in anywhere in term and conditions. Jio is showing plan o[censored]nlimited call in 399 rs recharge for 84 days. And when i asked for limits of outgoingtells then nobody is able to tell these limits including jio customer care, jio team which reponds on mail. It is forgery with customers. If there is such type of limits then customer must be aware from limits that you can make only 5 or 6 or 7 hrs of outgoing call. Whatever it is.

                                Yesterday (15th oct 2019) my outgoing calls service is been discontinued for my jio number [protected] with a reason of misuse.
                                I am using this number for my personal use.
                                I have also checked the calling limit cap for day to restrict commercial use, but in my case i am just making major calls to 1 particular number so i dont think it can be considered as misuse or commercial use. I have recharged my jio number with 84 days plan which is valid till 23rd dec 2019, so cant be discontinued directly in midway as i have already paid for 84 days service
                                Request you to please look into the issue and reactivate my outgoing call service asap.

                                    I am using jio from starting of this company.
                                    I always complain about 4g speed pf internet and company always say that we setting up new tower site in your area but unfortunately jio is providing worst service of internet in my area.
                                    I want a good internet speed as i am paying for 4g internet but my all data get wasted because of poor speed.
                                    Please make better internet speed or give me discount on all my recharges.

                                      Firstly the tower which is to be installed is in very populated place which is going to affect a lot of people...
                                      Secondly the land is disputed ...

                                        I have complained 10 times over the last 3 months to their customer care for refund of deposit for giga fiber connection. They just keep giving me a service request number without resolving the issue.

                                        The back-end engineer says they haven't received those requests. There is no point in e-mailing of twitter as they are good for nothing.

                                        They are cheating the customers and just using their money. Everyone please be careful of this chor company.
