I have been getting abusive calls from this jio number[protected]. I wanted to report same. As per whatsapp profile name, it belongs to person named alka pandey. Kindly look into same. The calls come at mid night hours and disturb my sleep. On true caller it has 13 spams reported against it and is named fraud. Kindly look into it. Jio has really spoiled life by giving free internet data

It is to inform you with due respect. My name is dibyendu koley, resident of 82, a. P. Addya. Lane. Sheoraphuli, p. S. Serampore, hooghly. 712223. A jio mobile telephone tower has been erected just beside my house. That mobile tower is just beside a nursery school also. At the very initial stage the baidayabati municipality has issued stop notice to and did not give the permission to errect that jio mobile tower. Inspite of that stop notice that mobile tower has been made. Local people lodged complaints against that tower to the sheoraphuli police station and serampore police station several times, but they did not take any positive step to stop the construction of that illegal tower. The baidayabati municipality and the sheoraphuli police station has a bad nexus with this illegal work.
It is my cordial request to you to take a stern step to stop this mobile tower, otherwise my local people would face an irreparable loss and injury.

After activating full dnd on my number i am now also getting marketing calls and messages. Specially i am getting regular messages from medlabs, medlife, bank bazaar, bajaj finserv and many other private companies. Stop all type of marketing calls and messages soon. And another problem is that i am not getting good internet speed in my area i. E rd no 12 banjara hills, hyderabad.

I have done recharge of rs. 11 on 7th november 2019 at 9.44pm from paytm app. But the sum of rs. 11 was deducted from my attach bank account as well as paytm wallet (Which is 11 +11)
The above matter was conveyed to the toll free no. & the executive told me that the amount will be refunded in next 7 working days. But still i am awaiting for the refund.
You are kindly requested to refund my wrong deducted amount as early as possible.

(399 with 50 rs top up voucher) today on 25th november 2019, well in advance before the due date. I have received an sms from jio confirming the recharge but it is not activated. The net is not working. Please resolve it immediately.

I have recharged my colleague number with rs.297/-, unfortunately it is valid for only jio phones and my colleague is not using jio phone. Hence i called to customer care and asked for refund as it is no use of him to recharge another voucher. But jio care informed there is no refund as benifit already given. We arr not able to make any calls with that voucher anyway, hence recharged for rs.543/- again. Hence i lost rs.297/- and jio is not refunding that. Please check and do needful

The amount of jio user in our locality seems more so when in working hours between 9am to 11pm approximately the network speed seems too slow as the number of active users are too much that the tower can’t provide proper internet speed to the user, almost all the jio user feel the same all my family members and friends use the same network and frequently complaint the same problem so we kindly request you to increase the data speed by the tower or put a new tower in our locality. Please take it seriously, the reputation of your network is to bad.

The number o[censored]ser in our locality is more so when working hours between 9am to 11pm the network speed turns to a very low range and we cant enjoy jio services in this time period so we kindly request to add more speed limit or add and extra tower. Calling services are excellent but data networks seems to be too ruined in this case. Every one in our locality feels the same.

I purchased a jio three month plan rs-444 on 20-november-2019 through myjio app. The payment has been preceded by sbi net banking. After i recharge, received the payment successful message from jio. The bank was deducted the same amount from my account. My plan was expired on 22-november-2019. My outgoing calls stopped on 23-november-2019. After i call the customer care jio they ask me to again recharge.

I have recharged the ₹444 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.

Sir i am reddy from telangana reliance jio infocomm limited has collected a amount of 14313 intally after that 2366 after that gst charge 15000 i have paid the amount through neft they said that the amountof 1500000 will be credited to your account the amount has been released but the amount is pending with rbi asking to deposit the 35200 that all of amount will be released i have paid the amount in name of reliance jio infocomm limited but finally no response from reliance jio infocomm limited

I had purchased the jio postpaid sim and was trying to use it for the internet. It has been hardly useful and had so many issues that i changed the sim twice. Post that also i had no success. So, i decided to close the connection. Both jio call center and jio stores have not been able to help me. Hence i would recommend all the proposects to think twice before you take up such connection. You may end up in paying bills when there is no service provided.

I am facing issue in internate as i alrady paid in advance for my jio services, i asked to customer service department about mya problem every time they are saying only one line, as their are several users are using network at same time, but dear i am paing for my servicess only not for others, also those under educated and unskilled customer service giving me noncence answer, i asked about how much time required to rectify this problem but the don't have any answer,

Their tagline they repet every time, "this is the only information which i have" thank you for calling jio.

I need help on these type of answer,

If jio is not capable to give me service then they should return my money.

I have done recharge with rs.50/- for my jio mobile no. But jio infocom not providing services. They said i have not a valid plan. As per new guidelines only rs.35/- recharge is compulsory to remain services. When i have recharged my account so why i have to get plan which charge is very much. Hi i'm a student of nit agartala. Here in the campus we dont even get a stable internet speed of 500kbps. The network is very slow that even a google search result gets timed out. When i contacted the jio helpline they told me that the issue will be solved but they can't give an assurance when it'll be solved. Using jio 4g is like being on a 2g network. The jio 4g company is cheating the users by giving them a so called 4g network with a 2g speed.

I have done plan recharge of 399+ 10 that is, rs 409 on 21st november 2019 through google pay. However after receiving successful confirmation receipt from bank and google pay still the helpdesk agent is asking me that they have not received the payment and i have to wait for 10 days for the money to be credited back to my wallet

I don't understand why i have to wait for 10 days just for a confirmation.

Hi myself thanoj my number is [protected] and i taken ported to jio from the day one i am facing internet issue and i had called to customer care their is no proper response from them so kindly take necessary action to resolve my problem.

For your reference i am attaching images.

The internet speed is very low and 3g speed itself better but it's 4g speed worst speed not even 1mbps speed.

Kindly take necessary action and resolve the issue if resolved means many users will get benefit.

Today few of my girl friends received a call from [protected] & started with bad words continuously even they ignored. He forced everyone to speak. While checking truecaller for his name we found funny name as "pombala porikki naya" with 29 people marked as spam.

So, please mark this number in your mobile as spam (In truecaller too) & block it. This will help us to save more people from these type of spam calls.
