It's a matter of time only for i am complaining about slowest net speed after 8am. The net works perfect before 8am but it's gradually decreases to about 120kb after 8am. I request you to please address the issue and improve net efficieny for it's very annoying to use a network which is slow and for which you have paid full amount. It's my humble and last possible request to you to please enhance the speed or i should have to switch to another fast networks.

    didn't receive upc code

    I want to port out from jio to airtel. I have sent sms to 1900 more than 20 times and i didn't receive any upc code from 1900. My mobile no is [protected]. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible because i have to share the upc code with airtel. This is the 2nd time i am facing this issue with jio. They might have blocked the porting system for me so that i woun't be able to port out from their network....

    I am user of jio customer slow speed internet face in my area.
    The jio telecom company said to me since 3year your problem of slow speed internet was solved in 3 month but don't get any solution i.n my area still today I talked to executive. & He said we work in your area for good connectivity of internet.

      I did a recharge of rupees 448 (498 recharge 50 rupees jio coupon) on 15th september 2019, at 11:32 pm through google pay via paytm payments bank the recharge was successful but the jio customer executive said that they have not received the payment they said me to wait for 24 hours i waited for 24 hours but after that they said me to wait for 10 business days after 10 business days also i did not get my refund neither my recharge back i complain to jio customer executive they did not help me and just say that it is the problem of the respective bank or the wallet. I also contacted my respective bank and my wallet but this is that they have successfully transfer the amount and there is no issue there was so scared me the payment receipt showing that successful transaction. Till date i have not received my amount neither my recharge i will be very helpful if you kindly look into this matter and help me to get my money back on my recharge as soon as possible

        I keep getting marketing calls inspite of activating dnd for my jio phone number - [protected].
        I keep getting marketing call every day and it is very disturbing and it is a kind of harassment for the customers.
        With this i would like to luadge a formal complaint against jio that even though i have activated dnd jio is ether allowing these calls to pass through to my number or selling by number to the telephone marketing business like banking, education, etc.

          I recharged to my jio no:[protected] by using net banking(bebit) from my jio app and i got a message from bank saying that the amount transfer was successful (399rs) but my plan was not activated.i want my jio plan to be active now.pls verify my no and recharge my jio no with the data plan of Rs399 as soon as you can or returm my money back

            I sent A message writing PORT MY MOBILE NO and sent it to 1900. The only message i got was from jio about lodging service request. I did not received a code and customer care guy was like a robot saying the same thing again and again. There is no reply from 1900 or 1901.I have to port as soon as possible as I am going out of station.

              I have very poor network at my current location.
              I am not able to call from my room, i am going on roof or outside home for a call.
              Net is also not working. Network showing at mobile is very low.
              Feom last 1.5 years i raising complaints but no resolutions till now.
              Please provide a confirmation via call when issue will resolve. I am very disappointed by services.

                I want to tell you that i have complained many times to jio care but no response was received from it sir, there is a lot of network problem in our area, nor does the net work, nor is there a calling problem, sir, pay very much attention to it.
                This problem is not ours, but the problem runs like this in everyone's phone, sir, please provide better network this is very important issue for poor people. My jio number is [protected]

                  Jio speed is too slow max speed is 150kbps only when i complain about it to customer care he/she said the problem will solved in some days but still this problem persist.
                  First i complain about it in 2017 but still happens and no improvement shown.
                  They said too many users in your area. When the network has limited capacity why you're adding too many customers to the network, you should improve your network fast otherwise don't add new customer.
                  You put us in to a jail to bind for 3 months by these recharges and stay in the worst network.

                    I have not recieved my refund since more than a month i had cancelled jio giga fiber installation as you people did not install juo giga fiber for a month a full refund was promised but still more than 1 month after cancellation u have got no refunds and you customer care just keeps on saying we dont have any information. Will someone tell me eho has the information.

                      Recently i did a recharge of 448/-
                      With applied 50/- coupon in jio app
                      Using my google pay payment option, the transaction was successful and even in the jio app it reflected to be successful and on moving back it showed no voucher in my account and no history of buying voucher in jio app although there is a proof of payment from my google pay app of paying 398/- to jio linked account. Tried contacting jio but got no response of it.

                            श्रीमान मेरा नाम नीरज सिंह chidar h, सर ओ एल एक्स एप्लीकेशन पर जॉब पोर्टल में रिलायंस जिओ में नौकरी का विज्ञापन था उस विज्ञापन को देखकर महोदय मैंने नौकरी के लिए उस विज्ञापन में ऑनलाइन संपर्क किया तत्पश्चात महोदय दिनांक 28 सितंबर 2019 को सुबह 11:35 बजे पर मुझे [protected] मोबाइल नंबर से नौकरी के लिए फोन आया जिस पर मुझे बताया गया कि इस व्हाट्सएप नंबर पर आप अपने डाक्यूमेंट्स फॉरवर्ड करें और आपको इंटरव्यू के लिए कॉल आएगा तो मैंने व्हाट्सएप नंबर पर अपने डॉक्यूमेंट भेज दिए फिर महोदय दिनांक 30 सितंबर 2019 को दोपहर 3:18 पर मुझे[protected] नंबर से कॉल आया जिस पर मेरा इंटरव्यू लिया गया तत्पश्चात[protected] नंबर से एचआर का कॉल आया जिस पर मुझे ₹2050 आईडी कार्ड व अन्य चीजों का खर्चा बता कर[protected] नंबर पर पेटीएम से पैसे भेजने को कहा गया तो महोदय उस नंबर पर मैंने ₹2050 भेज दिए उसके बाद मुझे ऑफर लेटर भेजने का वादा किया गया फिर दिनांक 1 अक्टूबर 2019 को सुबह 9:00 बजे [protected]@gmail.com इस मेल आईडी से एक ईमेल आया जिसमें एक हरजी ऑफर लेटर भेजा जिसमें ना कोई रेफरेंस नंबर था ना कोई जॉइनिंग का स्थान था इसके बाद[protected] नंबर से 9:32 पर मुझे फोन आया जिस पर 8490 रुपए की मुझसे मांग की गई तब मैंने उनको कहां की उस समय तो सिर्फ ₹2050 की बात थी अब ₹8490 में कहां से जमा करूं तो बोला यह तो करने पड़ेंगे फिर मैंने उससे कहा कि आप झूठा ऑफर लेटर भेजकर के मुझसे ₹2050 आपने ठग लिए तब मैंने उनसे पुलिस में रिपोर्ट करने को कहा तब उसने मुझे जवाब दिया अभी रुको अभी तुम्हें पता चलेगा कि तुम्हारे साथ क्या-क्या होगा महोदय मुझे यह एक तरीके से धमकी लग रही है और डर भी लग रहा है महोदय मैं बेरोजगार हूं 4 महीने से मेरे दो छोटे बच्चे हैं महोदय ग्वालियर में नौकरी के लालच में मैंने उसे ₹2050 भेज दिए यह मेरी सबसे बड़ी भूल थी जीवन की महोदय निवेदन करता हूं कि मेरे तो पैसे ठग लिए गए परंतु आशा करता हूं किसी और को ठगा जाए इसलिए महोदय आपसे निवेदन है कि ऐसे व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ कड़ी से कड़ी कार्यवाही की जाए जिससे बेरोजगार युवाओं को ठगी का शिकार ना होना पड़े.धन्यवाद

                              I one year back purchase jio dongle from the reliance retailer and now i have to change the battery, so i have to contact reliance retail shop they told that you please contact service centre. So i ask to the retailer for service centre contact number and they told that we cannot give service contact number, you go to service centre this is reply i got from the reliance retail shop. I have to tell why they give the contact number other staff are telling there is no contact number.

Sir i just want my money back on the paytm wallet through which i have paid the bill amount as soon as possible. Plz sir help me to resolve this issue as i am not getting any help from ur side

                                  Hello jio team,
                                  Your data speed is pathetic. Even my whatsapp status which has only few kb that is also buffering. I feel very disappointed guys. I call several times to ur costumer care number but they directly told me we are unable to help. Whar are you doing i spent 500 rs to port in jio. And you gave me this # data speed.
                                  Do something.

                                    From last month i am constantly complaining for internet not working in my card and i do the recharge on regular basis and the customer care not even care to give some solution to my problem, they take the money for providing internet services but they fail to give services from last one month. On every call they told me it would be resolved soon but even after one month the fail to resolve and they expecting from us to give full recharge money

                                      Illiterate and unskilled staff sitting at jio care
                                      . I just need a bit information about my recharge they told me that you have recharged wrong number if so just share that details as i am having all data relate with my debit history and attempt made on [protected]... # they are if system is not even able to trace the details then opt traditional approach again rather then ai era.. Higly disappoint with services offered
