- reliance jio infocom making fool to ask that (We are noticed that your jio number... (Being misused to make abnormally high number of calls - and out going services will be stopped)) when there are no high number of calls we make. Just using personal use.
Just jio infocom making fools and stopping the services.
If you have notices then share the proof.
I think jio infocom vasai, maharashtracan be notice anything without any explanation.
Please stop it.

      I have done a 399 recharge but not shown in jio app and myjio.com my balance also deduced from my account. My number is [protected] i have call to customer care they say it does not show please call later solve my issue this problem comes first time solve it and recharge my number or refund my amount of rs 399 to my same account from which it deduced

        On 06oct2019, i recharged my jiofi no. Xxxx3057; for rs.449 via paytm ref. Id [protected]. I received successful txn note from paytm, but not from jio. I emailed jiocare. They confirmed receiving money, but said plan is in a que. Asked me to handle activation from jioapp, - my plans -activate. I did that. But, the plan indicates it is already active.

        There is a contradiction; if the plan is in que, how come "activate" option is not displayed (Image attached). Requesting to activate it and consider plan duration from date of activation

        Concurrent to posting complaint here, I also emailed a reminder to Reliance Jio Infocomm regarding "activation in the que" status (as per their response email two days back). This time, their email claimed that activation is successful and asked me my exact location with pincode; presuming that they wanted to verify if I am within their coverage area. Anyways, I was always within their coverage. However, same night I found that data pack was working at normal speed; and it has been working normally thereafter.

          We are experiencing very poor network in dattagalli extension in mysore.
          Please look into this issue and resolve so that we can use jio sim there for network. The network seems to be very bad and we are not even able to make calls. We are also using jiofi hotspot device, which is also not able to receive signal.

            After recharge sufficient amount of plan i an unable to use 4g internet speed.
            I complain against this in jio customer care, everyone said to me that we will solve this issue. But no action taken. Please help me i took administration in a online coaching by paing then 22000 rupees. But for lack of internet speed i am unable to use the coaching facilities.

              I had recharged my jio number [protected] for 5-6gb vouchers on 3rd october 2019 and 3-6gb data vouchers on 4th october 2019. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the payment was successful. Since then i am unable to add data vouchers since then and also want my money back if recharge not possible a total loss of rs.808 on my side.

              Date of recharge: 20th august 2018 in the evening
              Mode of recharge: upi payment.
              Amount of recharge: total of 8-6gb data vouchers

                I have been constantly following up with jio fiber around cancellation and refund since 5th september. During this time i have called them around 25 times, and all my service requests have been closed without any solution.

                A typical service request cycle is like this ;

                1. I call customer care which creates a new service request
                2. I receive a call from a +33xxxxxxx number who fixes an appointment with an engineer for collection the router. A slot is booked for a designated time.
                3. The engineer doesn't visit as per the slot
                4. I call back the customer care to learn that service request is closed and i have to create a new one. The reason for service request closure is mentioned as "backend team closed it"
                5 repeat 1 to 4

                This cycle has been repeating again and again.

                  I have been trying to convey Jio that my number is 'not registered' on Nccptrai registry maintained by government to avoid spam calls and messages. But Jio is not responsible for that. I have informed Trai customer care too, but no one is helping me out.

                  Please help me to file complaint againt jio for not putting my no. On DND.

                    Sir,
                    Reliance jio has cheated me as i have recharged today of my prepaid account of my 4 g mobile number [protected]+ data for rs 98 vide operator reference no. [protected] dated october 3, 2019, but neither my mobile has been activated nor the money refunded nor any intimation from reliance jio. Moreover, all of their customer care numbers i. E. 198, 199 and[protected] are also not being answered. The situation become much grave as without activating the account, reliance jio has wrongly and unfairly started the reverse counting of my prepaid account of my no [protected].
                    This is a clear case of cheating under section 420 of the ipc. This also amounts to deficiency in service, gross negligence and unfair trade practice. Suitable case under relevant sections of ipc may be registered against reliance jio. And my recharged amount of rs.98 + suitable compensation for the metal agonies that i have suffered due to non activation of my account my be reimbursed. Kindly intervene to resolve the issue at the earliest as the cheater has already started the reverse counting. The case may be please be investigated by serious fraud investigation office or the cbi as the trend and pattern which has been emerged is that the jio has cheated so many other customers and confiscates the money, never refund and does not listen either. It seems that it has connivance with some top officals of the govt. It is really sad for the citizens of india as a whole and is a grave misconduct.

                    Charged on 27/9/19 for 98. Money deducted from account. Again charged for 98 on 2/10 as per message. Shoe extra rs.98 in my account and adjust in next recharge.
                    Wrongly done recharge it is now not active I'd tell company for transfer or refund my amount of 449 recharge as previous versions of my jio app has deleted the feature to transfer the vouchers and I want to transfer inactive recharge of myjio please I want refund

                      We as residents of vaishali nagar dahisar east mumbai 400068 are facing slowdown of the internet. We tried to contact the online chat and received a feedback that the team is working on this. It's been more than two weeks but the problem still persists. I usually use the mobile hotspot for client calls but i am not able to do so from last few weeks which is affecting my work. Please do the needful at the earliest. I and my wife have taken 2gb per day plan.

                      I am not receiving OTP on my jio number, can't do online transactions. Bank said OTP sent from our end, check with the network provider.
                      I have done recharge with topup plan but still, i am unable to use this. called to customer care and i got to know that i can use this only for making international call not national.

                        Since august 2019 internet 3g/4g is barred in jammu (J&k) but still jio is sending bills. What are you guys not aware that government has done this action?? Why you are taking advantage from this? Why not being behaving like an educated and responsible persons???

                          Sir, my name is naresh kumar. I recharged my mobile number [protected] for 399 rupees from my jio app on 23 september. Money was deducted from my bank account and not recharged. After waiting for 2 days, i talked to jio care, they told me that we have not received any money and they refused to refund my money. I had also talked to my bank they saying that the transaction has been successful on our behalf. I want to get a refund of rs 399 in my bank. I have the transaction id of the payment made, whose screenshot i will attach.

                            I have taken jiogiafiber wifi connection from reliance jio in july 2019. I paid a deposit of rs.2500 (Refundable on surrender of connection) for the same.

                            I have surrendered their equipment on 24.8.2019 due to non performance as promised.

                            They promised me to refund the amount of rs.2500 with 14 days of surrender.

                            Regre to inform that till now 05.10.2019 7 pm they have refunded the money. They didnt even replying to my complaints.

                            My cust id no is d jio giga internet id[protected]. My registered mobile no with them is [protected]

                              It's a matter of time only for i am complaining about slowest net speed after 8am. The net works perfect before 8am but it's gradually decreases to about 120kb after 8am. I request you to please address the issue and improve net efficieny for it's very annoying to use a network which is slow and for which you have paid full amount. It's my humble and last possible request to you to please enhance the speed or i should have to switch to another fast networks.

                                didn't receive upc code

                                I want to port out from jio to airtel. I have sent sms to 1900 more than 20 times and i didn't receive any upc code from 1900. My mobile no is [protected]. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible because i have to share the upc code with airtel. This is the 2nd time i am facing this issue with jio. They might have blocked the porting system for me so that i woun't be able to port out from their network....

                                The jio telecom company said to me since 3year your problem of slow speed internet was solved in 3 month but don't get any solution i.n my area still today I talked to executive. & He said we work in your area for good connectivity of internet.

                                  I did a recharge of rupees 448 (498 recharge 50 rupees jio coupon) on 15th september 2019, at 11:32 pm through google pay via paytm payments bank the recharge was successful but the jio customer executive said that they have not received the payment they said me to wait for 24 hours i waited for 24 hours but after that they said me to wait for 10 business days after 10 business days also i did not get my refund neither my recharge back i complain to jio customer executive they did not help me and just say that it is the problem of the respective bank or the wallet. I also contacted my respective bank and my wallet but this is that they have successfully transfer the amount and there is no issue there was so scared me the payment receipt showing that successful transaction. Till date i have not received my amount neither my recharge i will be very helpful if you kindly look into this matter and help me to get my money back on my recharge as soon as possible

                                    I keep getting marketing calls inspite of activating dnd for my jio phone number - [protected].
                                    I keep getting marketing call every day and it is very disturbing and it is a kind of harassment for the customers.
                                    With this i would like to luadge a formal complaint against jio that even though i have activated dnd jio is ether allowing these calls to pass through to my number or selling by number to the telephone marketing business like banking, education, etc.

                                      I recharged to my jio no:[protected] by using net banking(bebit) from my jio app and i got a message from bank saying that the amount transfer was successful (399rs) but my plan was not activated.i want my jio plan to be active now.pls verify my no and recharge my jio no with the data plan of Rs399 as soon as you can or returm my money back
