Yesterday night i recharged for a friend through my jio. It is showing successful. Amount has been deducted from my account but recharge is not done yet.

What should i do?

A huge company like jio is doing such things is shameful.

It has been more than 3 years since jio started still such horrible things are happening with jio.

In every condition jio is the best but this problem...

During a jio recharge of ₹399 on my jio number through my jio app while i was recharging, it failed and showed a recharge failure message so i tried it again but again it failed and showed a failure recharge but the money has been deducted twice from my bank account so i humbly request you to refund the sum of ₹798 to my account as soon as possible.

U applied for hui fibre and i paid 2500 to the nearest area service incharge through paytm but my application got rejected because the adhaar card wasn't original the refund needs to come to me in 7 working days but it almost 2 months now t haven't received the refund and n i'm not getting any responses from the company or the service man i paid too....

Hello, i have been trying to call customer care for disconnection since 15 days, no one picks up. I went to office and did complaint, they raised my request for refund but it's so many days i didn't got my refund!

Dear Jio authority ..we r can't use the proper network service in my area ..before 2-3 month we are all to face the problem ...many complaints are given in this areas people .. individual Jio is very bad service and very rude customer representative in kolkata ..pls solve this otherwise we are porting our sim to different network ......

I use jio postpaid service. I have setup autopay feature through jio app to ensure my monthly postpaid bills are automatically paid. I setup that feature in my phone with the help of a jio customer care representative. Autopay features shows as active and in force when i check the status in jio app.

But jio failed to deduct payment from my bank against my latest aug bill. This resulted in late payment fee of rs.100 getting...

Dear sir,
I am facing too much slow speed with jio 4g sim in my [protected] jio number over a year. The speed became my harrowing hell and it haunts me with average 100kbps surfing speed all the time. Writing to the aforesaid service provider won't solve my problem. Currently i am enjoying 149 per month, i. E, 1.5 gb per day plan in bagnan, howrah, west bengal.

I made a payment from my jio app for Rs 349 on 25th August to recharge my phone. I got the confirmation for amount deduction from my bank but my phone was not recharged. I called Reliance customer care and they said that my payment was declined by the bank itself. I also talked to canera bank customer care but I am not satisfied with the information. Please try to refund my money....

I got jio giga fibre connection installed at my house at below mentioned address. Since the main optical fiber was underground, your team got one pit digged on from porch of our house and later on filled up after ten days once the connection was established.

However, i am sorry to inform you that the quality of civil work done for filling up the pit is extremely poor and has been severely damaged. Moreover the titles uprooted...

I have migrated to jio since last couple of months but sorry to say since few days without even using 1kb of data the entire 1.5 gb data gets consumed 8n the night and i read the messages from jio saying i have used 100% of data i am really fed up with this cheats. I would like to request the people who are facing the same issue with jio as i am feeling cheated by this people...

I called on198, about 10:25 pm dated 26/08/2019 for enquiry the number +3444 that is calling me frequently but unfortunately the customer care representative lady talked very rudely and her near by persons abusing me for dropping call.
That is not healthy Signe for company and employee. Please take quick action on her and suspended.

It's been over 6 months that I have been complaining to Jio about the pathetic Internet service. There has been only one answer from the customer service that we are working on the issue. I have logged several complaints regarding this. The speed I'm getting is not even 2G. Basic Google page takes minutes to load. Please let me know what to do? Is porting the best option?

I am owning a vodafone sim which is on my mother's name. I want it to port to jio on my name. But jio is not allowing to do so. Other operators are allowing. May i want to inform you that from 2 month we were suffering from bad speed of internet. Even if want to open an particular sites it can't be open. Same way your jio tv is also not working properly.
