Hi sir. Medam,
I am mr. Balasubramanyam using the jio number ([protected]) from past few months.
This is to inform you that i have suppose to do the recharge 149 where i have erroneously paid for rs. 5000 on 23rd august 2019, i just called your customer care and asked for refund.
They have not give me any details nor procedure and the agent mr. Veera was very rude and highrated on me (Where i asked my amount), i asked many times for the corporate office address he sad he will not give.
I am the small scale employee, even i will not be able to give food to my kids without my full salary. If this amount get strucked with you i will not be able to survive with my family.
I request you please refund my amount or shift that to jio money where i can pay my utility bills.
