The jio 4g's worst than other network for both calling and internet. The internet speed is slower than the snail and is very poor.
I have tried to talk on jio customer care, but when i dial '198' for complain, i hear only instructions, 'if you got this issue then press this number & that number, ' bla bla bla, and i didn't receive assistance from jio. Even trai has mentioned that '198' has to be for complaints only (But jio care people don't hear us). I am not satisfied with jio services. I ported to jio from vodafone and my sim got activated on 1st of august. Now, with frustration emerged due to low speed, i want my refund from jio. Vodafone's 2g is faster than this jio-4g. Even after recharging the pack, i have to rely on others wifi for the intent service!

    The jio 4g mobile calling and internet is very poor. I have tried to talk to their customer care but on 198 only instructions comes 'if this then press this number and that number, ' bla bla bla. Even try has mentioned that 198 is only for complaining (They have to hear us). I am not satisfied with jio services. I ported to jio from vodafone and my sim got activated on 1st of august. Now i want my refund from jio. Vodafone's 2g is faster than this jio4g. I'm wifi of my landlord for the intent service!

      I choose the jio network and recharge with 399. But i do not get proper service from jio. The jio network tower is too far from my house. Many time voice call got disconnected, all the time jio network is too slow thats not usable. When i call to jio customar care, they told me that they will solve. But they not solved i think jio is fraud with us.
      So, i request to trai, please give a step against reliance jio network.

        My 1.5 GB jio data is getting exhausted even without using any internet. It happens when i am using JIOFI. It is happening even after i have informed JIO customer care. I am not able to watch my video classes due to this. Kindly help me with this problem it is really urgent for me. My studies are getting affected due to this kindly do take this into your due consideration and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            Respected sir,
            I live at adra, lower beniasol in purulia dist. W. B, pin-723121. Sir, i am complaining jio network and slow internet both of issues from more than 10 months. The service request no is sr00000xuj8l. Sir, whenever i tried to call customer care they didn't transfer my call arguing that hr is busy or don't want to take a call and we are working on this issue. If the team is working so hard then why we can't see the effort. I mean complaining for 10 months they are yet just excusing on the same. Sir, my family have 5 jio numbers and they all are facing the same problem. 399 for 84 days matters for we middle class families. Sir, i was a big fan of jio but nowadays it's in utter condition.
            My humble request to you sir, please take a look at that.

              I had been a subscriber of jio since a long duration and since last 1 year i had been complaining about the slow internet connectivity and low network coverage but the customer care representative aren't filing my complaint nor are they taking any steps to improve their network.

              Everytime i try contacting them they come up with similar kind of response.

              Please take some action against this else i would be forced to convince people to switch to other network.

              I will be starting this campaign with 15 days because a lot of jio users in my locality are facing the issue and jio isn't concerned about the complaint.

              Solve this issue soon else be ready to lose customers jio

                I have done recharge through my jio app using paytm upi

                In paytm its show money send to reliance jio infocomm limited
                Its also show id — reliancejioinfocomm.[protected]@hdfcbank

                Money is deducted from bank
                Recharge not happen till yet
                No any message come from there

                  I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 rs plan
                  (349 with 50 rs voucher) on 1st of september 2019. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls although i recharged. Please resolve immediately.

                  349 rs amount deduct in my account and not recharge done I many complaint in jio care but it's not return my amount so what I will do.
                  I recharged 399 Plan (50rs Voucher used =349) through Bhim app the Transaction was successful but the validity has not extended yet, there is no option to activate on My Plan section.When i checked the Bhim Transaction list it was successful,

                    Yesterday night i recharged for a friend through my jio. It is showing successful. Amount has been deducted from my account but recharge is not done yet.

                    What should i do?

                    A huge company like jio is doing such things is shameful.

                    It has been more than 3 years since jio started still such horrible things are happening with jio.

                    In every condition jio is the best but this problem is really bad.

                      During a jio recharge of ₹399 on my jio number through my jio app while i was recharging, it failed and showed a recharge failure message so i tried it again but again it failed and showed a failure recharge but the money has been deducted twice from my bank account so i humbly request you to refund the sum of ₹798 to my account as soon as possible.

                        U applied for hui fibre and i paid 2500 to the nearest area service incharge through paytm but my application got rejected because the adhaar card wasn't original the refund needs to come to me in 7 working days but it almost 2 months now t haven't received the refund and n i'm not getting any responses from the company or the service man i paid too.

                              I use jio postpaid service. I have setup autopay feature through jio app to ensure my monthly postpaid bills are automatically paid. I setup that feature in my phone with the help of a jio customer care representative. Autopay features shows as active and in force when i check the status in jio app.

                              But jio failed to deduct payment from my bank against my latest aug bill. This resulted in late payment fee of rs.100 getting added to my outstanding. Later i manually paid the original invoice and requested jio to fix the issue with autopay feature and waive off the late payment fee (As it is not my fault that they missed to deduct payment from my bank).

                              They refused to waive off that charges. They did not bother to acknowledge the issue with autopay feature and did not give me any assurance to fix the same.

                                Dear sir,
                                I am facing too much slow speed with jio 4g sim in my [protected] jio number over a year. The speed became my harrowing hell and it haunts me with average 100kbps surfing speed all the time. Writing to the aforesaid service provider won't solve my problem. Currently i am enjoying 149 per month, i. E, 1.5 gb per day plan in bagnan, howrah, west bengal.
                                Plse help me discard this problem once and for all.

                                  I made a payment from my jio app for Rs 349 on 25th August to recharge my phone. I got the confirmation for amount deduction from my bank but my phone was not recharged. I called Reliance customer care and they said that my payment was declined by the bank itself. I also talked to canera bank customer care but I am not satisfied with the information. Please try to refund my money.

                                    I got jio giga fibre connection installed at my house at below mentioned address. Since the main optical fiber was underground, your team got one pit digged on from porch of our house and later on filled up after ten days once the connection was established.

                                    However, i am sorry to inform you that the quality of civil work done for filling up the pit is extremely poor and has been severely damaged. Moreover the titles uprooted for digging the pit were not replaced and the cement/ material applied on the pit has been of very poor quality and the same has already been patched out. Due to this the front of our property gives very bad impression.

                                      I have migrated to jio since last couple of months but sorry to say since few days without even using 1kb of data the entire 1.5 gb data gets consumed 8n the night and i read the messages from jio saying i have used 100% of data i am really fed up with this cheats. I would like to request the people who are facing the same issue with jio as i am feeling cheated by this people

                                      It has been 3 months since I have ported this number to other network but I have not received my security deposit amount back.
