I had done recharge of 15 rs data voucher on my jio mobile number from gpay on 2 april 2023, 6:18pm. The money has been deducted from my account but Jio prepaid haven't confirmed it yet. It is still in processing. Pls recharge it ASAP!

    My postpaid JioFiber number is +91-[protected].
    I have paid my bill but it is not reflected in the App.
    It is still asking me for payment.
    Please solve this issue ASAP

      I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the unavailability of Reliance Jio's fiber service in the Magam area. Despite numerous complaints from residents, the issue still persists, and it has had a significant impact on the entire community.

      As a resident of Magam, I was excited to hear about Reliance Jio's fiber service and its promise of high-speed internet. However, it has been several months since the service was supposed to be made available, and we are still waiting for it. This delay has caused inconvenience and frustration for those o[censored]s who rely on the internet for work, education, and other essential activities.

      The lack of communication and transparency from Reliance Jio is concerning. The company's failure to provide regular updates and a timeline for when the service will be available has left residents feeling neglected and ignored.
      It is disappointing to see that no action has been taken despite the numerous complaints filed.

      I urge Reliance Jio to take immediate action to rectify this issue and provide fiber service to the Magam area as soon as possible. Your failure to provide this essential service has affected the whole community, and it is unfortunate that we are suffering from this mismanagement.

      I hope that you will take swift action to resolve this issue and restore our faith in Reliance Jio's commitment to providing quality service to all its customers.

          Jio has not provided services. Took money and now not refunding the money back as promised. Its been more than 6 months now and they are just harassing. Stop responding to emails. Attached email where they mentioned refund is initiated but its not yet credited to my account. Total Scam going on in JIO.

          Mr Amit Gupta from Meerut Office is involved along with Av Sivram, Ashish Jaiswal, Rahul Kharatmol, Kratika Mahore etc from JIO are involved and completely doing scam

            Dear sir, i am a consumer of jio .My jio number is -[protected].I would like to inform you that last three days i have been facing huge trouble.Las three days i am unable to use facebook, Whats app, Instragram and even when I make a phone call to other telecom operator then their voice automatically become ECCO in their mobile handset .This issue is happening every time.What is happening? please help me .Last three days i have been making ph call to different location But this issue is taking place.What should i do now? please help me.

                I can't make and receive calls often. Internet not working. Lot of complaints raised in jio care, but problem not solved. Complaints are keep closing as resolved. I don't know how to get solved this problem. I am facing this issues since February.

                Whenever i call someone, there's no active plan on this number, kindly recharge immediately. But i have active recharge for one year.

                Incoming calls are stopped. When someone calls my number, they getting Incoming facility to this number are not available. But i have active recharge for one year.

                Internet connection not working.

                Very Rarely jio works, i can make and receive calls. I raised so many complaints with them. Not getting proper response.

                I have listed my complaints

                2. SR00001HYQQ2 FEB 17
                3. SR00001I655P FEB 25
                4. SR00001I96UZ MAR 01

                I can't use any of jio services.
                Most of the time it is not working.

                I have replaced sim card
                I have changed smartphone
                I have changed location.
                Wifi calling always off.
                But Not solved yet.

                It is annoying me . Can't make call whenever i need it.
                I don't know what to do next.

                    I when to jio store about my Complaint 5G Service ! They don't respond they don't see my problem on Tablet i keep my tablet on table n see too other person n my tablet fell down my tablet touch broken because of jio store employee if he listen it my problem it can happen with my tablet .. i want my tablet to repair by store !

                        They keep harrassing to recharge the number to stop number from closing. when you recharge they dont care about service untill next recharge. Here in Dadar west, Bhawani Shankar Road there is not network at all there is frequent call drops internet connectivity issue. Total money waste. They are sophisticated thieves. Help me with getting credit of sum recharged as the service is not at all usable and entire recharge is a waste,

                            Iam a resident of liru likabali, lower siang district of arunachal pradesh iam a land downer of jio tower since from 4 months I didn't get the rent fees of jio tower where it was clearly written on the agreement that payment will be disbrush on every first week of the month. Therefore I tried to reach out the executives but they are not responding, I request your good office to kindly look into the matter and avoid any further delay in payment.

                              Hi Team,

                              I had JIO fiber connection for last two years with the register mob number [protected], and in the month of November sales guy Aakash called me [protected] and gave me sales offer that please disconnect your current connection and take 3 months plan and you will get benefits of 2 months free. So I disconnected my connection with the mob number [protected] and took new connection with [protected]. This package should be valid from Nov 19th 2022 to Feb 20th 2023 and along with free two months it is valid till April 20th.

                              But now I am getting reply from the customer care team that the voucher is expired at Sep 2022 itself and there is free benefits you will get and you have to make the payment to resume the connection. Also sales manager (Mob num - [protected]) lethargically saying you cannot do anything against us go raise complaint.

                              I am without internet for last two days. I need proper investigation made to the Jio fiber team and I need two months free benefit asap.

                                  Jio fibre pole erection

                                  A ploe has been erected infront of my house in Sriram nagar colony, Kondapur, Hyderabad. It is blocking my parking space due to which there is high congestion of cars in the area. Kindly displace the pole to appropriate location so that it does not block my parking space....

                                    I have requested my Physical Sim to be converted to Esim while roaming in USA numerous times and resubmitted requested documents every time since January 30th. Every time I submit the documents, jio customer care teams comes out with a new excuse. Last time it was that my signature on the photograph is coming on my face and form has overwriting. Now it is the form is digitally filled and should be filled manually. Also the signature should be below neck. Signatures are below neck. Never had this kind of service ever in my life. My Sim is not converted and I can’t use my jio line as my new IPhone 14 only takes Esims.
