    Have visited jio store for a sim, they took my id authorised & gave one jio sim, after activating the sim i checked on TAFCOP to my shock there are 2 extra sims registered on my id, along with the new sim number. the rep who registered accidentally showed me that max DOT limitdfor the day is reached, which i dint realise at that time, only after seeing on TAFCOP i understood that he registered fradulent sims on my id, i reported the numbers on TAFCOP, and reported about my identity theft to UIDAI, went to store for explanation, the guy blatantly refused, & went to say they could be some body elses, how come they appear only upon my buying jio sim, while they were never mapped to my id previously ?? they deny & brush awsy saying they are not jio network numbers, but i asked him to clarify if they are others numbers, why are they mapped to my id ? & if so ? theis brings aquestion if he issued me sim on others id ?? to this they verify and say, that sim he issued to me is on my name only, if that is so?? how can he say they are some one elses numbers mapped to my id ?? and more over he registered some one elses number as my alternate number., this and the message that said max daily DOT limit exceeded indicates a strong possibility of fraud.., i mailed jiocare, no response, the fteam members do not help/assist, or take responsibility, i mailed to jio apellate, they say they need service reference from jio care, but jio care do not provide any reference number, customer care, do not take the call, inspite of blocking on TAFCOP, they take 2 complete months to block those fraudulent numbers, maenwhile...any thing can happen, i checked my authorisation history revealed that the authorizations were done 2 times successfully, along with this & max limit mesaage, & numbers not linked to my id are niow mapped only upon buying the jio sim and they registering some other number as my alternate number are all strongly pointing to a well planned fraud, and jio doesnt care, to curb these illicit activity, nor jio do not want to care about the customers safety, since they do not respond, and keep passing on the baby, stor inchrge says, his boss, he says, regional, they all say jiocare, jio care dont provide service number, and apellate says jiocare & service number, so they do not attend...clearly a lapse in the way they handle their responsibilities.

      Pathetic after sales service by Jio team.

      More than a week that a request is raised, and they shamelessly keep on postponing the request since 3rd September.

      Field engineer visit is rescheduled almost 10 times which is really annoying and disturbing at the same time.

      Call center number keeps on reassuring about escalation but nothing moving.
      Cannot track the engineer in Jio app which they falsely claim.
      Even on the date and time allotted for engineer, the engineer's phone number is not shared with the customer.

        Jio sim not recharged, which was done on 25.08.2034 at 10:16 through UPI transaction. Amount of transaction of Rs 508

          On 2nd of July2024 I place a recharge in Jio Prepaid for Rs.2999/- through Google Pay, the amount has been deducted from my bank account but till now I haven't received any services prior to my recharge. I've contacted with my Bank and Google customer care they both have claimed that my money has successfully been received by the receiver but when I contacted with Jio they claim that they haven't received any payment from my side which doesn't make any sense as I've proof of my transaction details but they have refused to co-operate with me. I want to file a charge back !

            HI,
            Have purchased Jio air fiber service in the last week. having trouble viewing of few of the channels, picture quality shows very blurr and no clarity. TV continuously buffering. Internet speed is very slow, even you tube is not betting played.

            Complaint has been registered with JIo customer care on 9th August, and technician visit was scheduled on 10th august at 7pm, no technician visited,
            again reseduled to 10th august 7-8 PM, no technician visited, again rescheduled to 11th at 11 am, it was also failed, again rescheduled to 4 pm, no tech visited. again rescheduled on 12th august, no technician visited and issue not yet resolved.
            Complaint no is SR00020WXUH.

                I have been filing a complaint for the problem which has been going on continuously for the last 5 months but the operator is not taking any action on it.
                Whenever I complain about an old complaint, that complaint gets closed to me and then again a new complaint is filed and they ask for a few days' time to give a solution.
                As soon as I call again after a few days, I get that complaint too. This is always the situation and for the last 5 months, I am not being given any solution.
                I hope that my complaint is resolved quickly.

                  My parents live in a farm near Zaheerabad. I wanted to have a internet connection at my farm so that I can work from my parent's farm in case of emergency. For this I contacted JIO Air fiber for internet connection. I paid 1000 RS as booking amount. Technical team visited the farm and said they cannot install Jio Fiber and left. After that again another team called me I paid amount again the same team said they cannot install and the amount was refunded.
                  One day in the month of May I received call from JIO Air fiber team saying that they will install JIO Air fiber. I explained them saying that already I tried twice, and the technical team refused to do the installation at my farm. But they insisted if I paid the amount the installation will be done next day and so on. They literally forced me to make an advance payment of 1000 Rs on May 23 2024. The business account number from which I got call was [protected]. The booking number is LR000007UVR6. After that no response. I tried many times. Please take necessary action as they cannot take a customer for a ride to reach their monthly targets.

                      I has been over 3 days after the activation of my Jio eSim. I upgraded my Jio Sim to eSim on the 30th of June, and received the activation email after a couple of hours, however there was no signal back then. I was told that SMS services remain dormant for 24 hours after activation, so I waited to see if the signal would return after 24 hours. But nothing came back. It seemed as if there wasn't any sim at all.

                      I contacted Jio's customer support multiple times, emails, chats and call. I was told over call that the specialists responsible for handling eSim issues were not available. On chat and email I kept getting the same responses that 5g network was being updated and that I must wait, even though everyone I knew with a Jio SIM was not having any trouble using theirs.

                      It has already been 3 days, and I still do not have any network with the number I have registered in all my official records. I am completely fed up and am at the point of giving up and updating my Aadhar details with my Airtel number instead.

                      I guess this is what happens when one company holds market monopoly. I have attached a couple pictures of the CSRs' responses. I hope it goes to someone who cares and I get some help.

                        In our Area(Chandanpukur, Dakshin Durgapur, Baruipur, Pin - 743610), we all the jio users are having some same issues. First of all the network speeds began to decrease day by day. It's already been 3-4 months since we have lodged our repetitive complaints to jio customer care. But still no issues have been resolved. And also we noticed a weird issue, it's that we live very near to railways. So we noticed that whenever a train arrives or departures the network got lost. After the train leaves our area it got back. I mean its weird an has no explanations to anyone but trust me it annoys everyone and this problem persists maybe for more than 5 years. But please resolve the networks in our area, its so annoying when we do something important and the network blew off.

                          HI,
                          I had paid Booking amount of 1000 for getting Jio Fiber connection (Booking no LR0000080XPF) on May 25th and they didnt provide me connection for many days and then I had to cancel the booking and they told it will be refunded within 15 days and again when I called today they are again asking for 15 days.. I feel this is not legitimate way of doing business as most of the operators refund with in 2-3 days. I really dont understand in this digital work why do they need 15 days to refund the money while they disconnect your connection with in 1 day of missing the payment. So request you to take appropriate action.

                            This is the report an issue about Reliance Jio. The company is not validating emails during the registry.

                            I am getting emails for bill payments and expiry for numbers which I am not even registered to.

                            Example: 91 [protected], I am getting emails to pay for bill.

                            There "Contact Us" page does not have an email for reporting issues from people who are not their customers.

                            Plus they don't have way to unsubscribe for an unwanted emails.

                                  I am writing to file a complaint regarding the Jio Air-Fibre service. I subscribed to the 100 MBPS plan on April 30th, 2024, in Vrindavan, Mathura. Since the installation, the service has not worked even for a single day. This has severely impacted my ability to perform my office work.

                                  Despite daily calls to Jio customer care, the issue remains unresolved. The customer care representatives have offered to cancel the service but have refused to refund the amount I paid.                                     I have taken Jio fiber connection at Hyderabad with bearing No.[protected] and paid one year advance subscription amount. I shifted to Warangal from Hyderabad and requested to relocate my Jio fiber connection at Warangal in my Jio app on 14.05.2024.

                                    On 17.05.24 Jio technician contacted me over phone and informed me Jio fiber services are not available, only Jio air fiber services are only available at my requested location. But I surprised how my Jio fiber connection number was changed to[protected] when there are services are not available at the place.

                                    I came to know that there are number of Jio fiber services are working within the vicinity of 200 mts radius. I requested the Jio team either relocate Jio fiber services or refund my advance subscription amount over phone and number of mails. Alternatively provide the air fiber services to the extent of my advance payment made to them. But Jio team closing my request as resolved with out proper resolution and replying the mails with auto generated mails.

                                    I presume that with the above-mentioned facts Jio team intentionally denying my request eventhough the services are available at my location.

                                      I booked Jio Air Fiber last November by giving booking amount of INR 100. Company promised installation within 2-3 working days but company failed to install the same. I called customer care multiple times for refund as they could not install the same. They just give assurance of refund but have not get yet.

                                        I am writing to file a complaint against Jio AirFiber services for providing misleading information regarding installation charges. According to their promotional material (attached as evidence), they offer free installation with annual plans, or state that any installation charges will be adjusted with the plan fees. However, I was charged [amount] for installation, which was neither waived nor adjusted.

                                        Despite multiple communications with Jio customer service, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. This constitutes a clear case of false advertising and unfair trade practice.

                                        Even there service man agreed that it's a misleading advertisement.
